Very nice clean hotel met all my needs .

We were in a non smoking room with smokers next door. The day and evening staff were wonderful. The night staff was hard to find. Although we had booked a non-smoking room and were on a non-smoking floor, the people next door chain smoked when they returned from the evening out. Walks are paper thin and management was slow to respond to complaints regarding noise and smoke.

We were in town for a wedding and we received the WORST service. We were told the breakfast was included in our stay and WASN'T...we waited for 3 HOURS after calling for a shuttle. we got to our room at 3am! All the GM said was 'We did our best!' and didn't care that we waited in the pouring rain for that lengh of time. They will take your reservation but will not provide the service you would expect from a Radisson Hotel! I would not recommend staying here. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

We needed two rooms so we could attend a funeral in the area. We reserved a Handicapped Room for my mother-in-law who is 93 years old and only 5'4 tall. She could NOT get into the bed because it was SO HIGH.. She wound up sleeping on a roll-away bed because that was the only option that the staff offered us. Our room had a Sleep Number bed. We found it VERY uncomfortable. Neither my wife or I could find a comfortable Sleep Number. I actually woke up with a Back Ache.

Very close to bus station. No coffee in the lobby.

I had read the previous reviews on the quality of this hotel (which is why I booked them). I must that it was accurate. It is a very good hotel for business or pleasure. The only complaint I would have is that I asked for a 6am wake up call that I never got (luckily there was an alarm clock in the room). So if you go make sure you have a sceondary alarm system.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night, we had a baby shower in Staten Island, NY. As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed with a Hello. We had to check-in a little earlier than usual check-in time, and the Front Desk Agent was very helpful. She said that there was a room available for us and it was ready when we got to the Hotel. The room itself was very nice. The sleep number system was new to my boyfriend and I, so we had to use the controller to adjust to it to our likings. It was kind of cool and it allowed us to sleep with our own comfort level. The shower and vanity area was very clean and neat. The housekeeping staff know their stuff. Overall the stay was what we were looking for. For the price that we paid, everything was above and beyond our expectations.

Proximity and ease of access to places I needed to go. The frigid carpet or room freshener smell. Adequate for a short stay. Conveniently located for my purposes. Nicer than nearby competing 3 star hotel.

This hotel exceeded my expectations which were pretty high to begin with. This hotel is fairly new - (opened in 2006). The hotel staff is kind and courteous. The rooms are spacious and immaculate with sleep number beds in them. Transportation is a cinch because the hotel shuttle runs regularly as scheduled and will take you to nearby shopping areas and to public transportation that leads to NYC, (which is less than 30 minutes away). This hotel exceeded my expectations which were pretty high to begin with. It is located right off of exit 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. It's a fairly new hotel - (opened in 2006). The hotel staff is kind and courteous. The rooms are spacious and immaculate and most rooms include sleep number beds. (I suffer from allergies and often times have problems with hotel linen and pillows but that was not a problem for me because the linen is fresh and clean). Transportation is a cinch because the hotel shuttle runs regularly as scheduled and will take you to nearby shopping areas and to public transportation that leads to NYC, (nearly 30 minutes away). There are a couple of nice ballrooms, a sports bar, business center, unsecured wireless network and restaurant available. (We did not eat at the restaurant because of the reviews but we did find a Diner nearby that had pretty decent food). Overall, this hotel is an exceptional value. My recommendation is that you make your reservations through the hotel to avoid any ambiguity. Also avoid the crazy city traffic and take advantage of all the nearby shopping areas and restaurants that are within a few exits of the turnpike.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We were visiting friends nearby and did not have occassion to use any of the hotel amenities. The hotel staff was very nice.

Staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Bus parked by front door. No room for cars to check in during bad weather. It was clean. Fireplace in lobby was very nice. Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Bar was very nice. I liked all the TV's. I did not eat in restaurant. I will on next trip. Overall, I liked everything and will stay there again next week. I am from California. I travel a lot.

Great place, only 10 minutes from Newark Airport. There's a restaurant on the premises but there's also quite a few other eating establishments within a minute from the hotel, plus a drug store. My room was very clean, no complaints whatsoever and even though the hotel seems to be near an industrial area where there were constant big trucks, I didn't hear the trucks passing by the hotel at all. There was a microwave in a little room next to the lobby desk and they had items for sale to be heated, but those items were a bit expensive, even for me. Better just to go to the supermarket near by.I couldn't find a pool, though, I wish they had one!! The fitness room was fine.I would definitely stay here when I'm in North Jersey again.

The location was great as well as the bed. No pool. The hotel is in a great locaton right next to the NJ turnpike. The sleep number bed was probably the highlight of the room which I would love to buy one for myself. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean. Overall I would recommend this to any family or friend wanting a nice hotel to stay in near the Newark Airport or New York City.

my first visit to hotel. everything perfect. great room, hotel staff even went extra mile to personally show family to nearest mall. great service. safe location. near 95 very close to nyc,15 min by car. discount was given to already low price at checkout. free parking included. great place for weekend stay.

Convenient location andsleep number bed. Housekeeping ignores "do not disturb" sign, closet hanging bar was detached from wall and safe was not working. Stayed here many times but this stay was not very good. Hopefully they will improve, understand there is new owner/management, but need to do better.

Clean, new, well decorated. Parking easy. Bathroom nice. The cleaning kept opening the door with the do not distrub sign on. This went on for hours. Overall, very nice! Great for a place to only sleep. No attraction or other services around, but that was expected. Breakfast service and food was not that great, room for improvment. Housekepping continually opening the door with the do not distrub sign up was veryirritating!I would recommend this hotel.

Staff is wonderful, especiallythe front desk manager. Restaurant closes too early and service is slow. Good value, good location and staff is very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is in a good location and the inside is clean. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel overall looks great. The customer service was terrible. The people at the front desk were not helpful and room service was even worse. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay that is in a good location then this place may be an option. The hotel from the inside and outside is well kept and the rooms are nice with comfortable beds. However, don't expect good customer service. When we arrived, we had to wait awhile because they were unsure if our room was ready. In addition, the hotel staff was far from helpful. It appeared as if the staff was bothered when a question was asked and room service was even worse. Our order was canceled in error therefore we waited an excessive amount of time and the food was not right when it finally arrived. Basically its appearance and service don't match. I'd go back only if a needed a place to rest my head at night and did not plan to be in the room much.

Everything was great. Only one waitress in the restaurant/lounge.

No refrigerators/microwave available. This hotel in Geberal is much better betteer than 4 star hotel where we used to stay, besides the location.
