very friendly staff ang great service but the pool should have been cleaner, very yellow water for such nice place too bad really.

Great location for hwy access. There was a homeless people hanging out at back corner of hotel - might be a soup kitchen across the street. OverallI really enjoyed our stay.

We stayed for two nights, but nevver again! Our room faced an intense parking lot light and the curtains made the glare fuzzy at best with no light blocking ability whatsoever. We spent our day away from the hotel and when we returned later that evening, we found the room just the way we left it. No housekeeping service made it to us. The next morning when I complained, the person at the front desk just said they would pass on the information. Very uncaring. Needless to say, I frequently travel to this area, but will no longer give them my business.

The hotel was actually better than advertised. The room looked as good as the on line photo. We were able to get a king sized bed although one was not available at time of booking the room. The desk staff ,day and night, were very friendly and helpful. We shall stay there again when we return to New London.

The hotel had a excellent resturaunt and the help in the hotel was very kind. The only thing I did not like was that I had to pay $10.00 a night for refigerators in both rooms. the refigerators was small and they were nothing but a cooler. they were like childrens refigerators. Everything else was very good. Even the visitors in the hotel were friendly.

The room was suitable and very quiet. The area is dreary and feels run down. We were initially given a room with water leaking from the bathroom ceiling. We were given a new room after informing the front desk. The hotel seemed very understaffed though we were among the only guests staying.

I stay at this hotel about every other month and staff have always been very helpful. They even kept the lounge open an extra hour so we could relax when we arrived late. I think the location of the hotel is great. It's within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and a short walk to Ocean Beach.

Overnight stay after attending an event in the area. A few minor glitches (were initially told the king bed room we had reserved was not available...keycard malfunction...) but hotel was pleasing and well-kept, staff was nice, room was large and comfortable. Convenient location.

The room was clean the bed was comfortable but we were on the top floor and it was very noisey with the cooling system.

My wife and I went to the in-house restaurant for lunch. The hamburger I had was tasteless, mushy and grey in color. We left and enjoyed the rest of the day. Upon our return to the hotel, we inquired about breakfast hours and were told it was open for breakfast until 11:00 AM. In the morning when we went for breakfast at 10:25, it was closed. We went elsewhere for breakfast but the point I am amking is that hours of operation should be just that. Except for the incidents at the restaurant, the accomodations were excellent.

Ilike the location. Good place to stay, comfortable quiet.

The big disappointment was discovering that the complimentary shuttle service to the casino was not complimentary but had a cost of 10 per person.

Unfortunately this Radisson is one of the few options in New London close to the Amtrak station. Other than a good location to visit New London, the hotel seemed empty and rather lack-luster. The restaurant was empty so we chose other eating options in downtown New London. The room was large and equipted with 'Sleep Number' beds that were uncomfortable. There were lots of clean towels in the bathroom but the coffee mugs and glasses in the room did not appear to be clean. In fact, on the second night the coffee mugs we had used the day before had been fitted with paper lids (to me indicating they were clean) but still contained left over coffee from the day before. The staff was helpful getting us a cab but basically otherwise unattentive. I would not go back.

hotel was not clean , I had to change my room three times while I was there and they did not try to accompanied me at all. I did not like this hotel. They gave me a room that was not clean, then they gave me a room that the air condition was not working.

We stayed here for a wedding in town. Just so happened that both the church and reception location were within 2 minutes of the hotel. Room service breakfast was very good and very prompt. Only complaint is that I was on a no smoking floor and there was a heavy odor of smoke in the middle of the hallway near the elevator; but it wasn't anything that we couldn't deal with. I am going to stay there again at the end of November and I am looking forward to it.

The hotel was close to tourist attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only negative observation is that staff was not very knowledgeable about local events and attractions. I would recommend this hotel.

Noisy and too expensive. Shower next door screamed, poor TV reception, restaurant cheap looking, lack of parking near my room.

Housecleaning staff were very friendly and willing to serve and accommodate. The cot I requested was brought to my room immediately, housekeeping offered extra towels and brought an extra blanket promptly. The breakfast buffet was fresh with a variety of foods. The pool is large. The hot tub that was there on my last visit was gone though and that was disappointing. There also was a community/public exercise class at the pool which was not posted or made known to guests, which did not interfere with my stay but another family we saw was turned away from using the pool at that time.

We loved the select comfort beds, the price for the room was perfect, and the rooms were clean. This hotel was great for the price we paid through Priceline. The cleanliness and comfort were super.
