Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Mostly used by sports event family, (soccer, hockey, baseball) so it's a little noisy. Hotel is fine, patrons come in groups (sports) often with children so halls can get rowdy and loud.

Hotel situated in a good spot about 20 minutes from the airport, theres a big shopping mall accross the road with a food mall inside and a Tim Hortons round the back. Rooms were clean with all the regular facilities in, all the staff were friendly and could converse in english which was a big plus as everything else in Quebec in in french. The rates are very reasonable for the area. Only down side was a faint smell of nicotine in the room, but as smoking isn't banned in Canada this could be the same in every hotel. We will be going to Montreal again soon and will be rebooking into the Radisson

Booked hotel well in advance for family vacation....to start, it is very hard to find...Secondly, they post wonderful pics of a fitness room with several machines...Instead, they had a room the size of my washroom, with 2 machines from the 50's, and a vending and pop machine stuffed in the middle of the room...really scary.Pool is small, not clean, caulking peeling off, with tiny little bugs all over the place.Staff completely unreceptive to my concerns, very unhelpful.....snotty.Room was tiny, with a dated washroom......Don't waste your money here....

Location. I hate sleep number beds. Okay place not as nice as other 3 stars I stayed at in the same area recently.

Location, price, comfort of the room. 2 maids talking lowdly early in the morning right next to our door room. Very busy place, with Cage aux sports next to it. The others hotel restaurants is so so. Next time I will request a room at he end of the corridor.

The staff was very helpful and the breakfast in the restaurant was excellent. The treadmill and bike did not work in the gym. We wanted a hotel that was close to the Carrefour Shopping centre and this was perfect a 5 minute walk across the street and we were there. You could not ask for more and the room rate we were able to get was excellent.

It's clean, comfortable and there is a good restaurent for watching sports. The staff at the reception is extremely cold. These people don't know how to give good service.

Clean and nice. Internet access with credit card. We enjoyed our stay and would go back anytime!

Convenient to shopping, highways and restaurants. Room was noisy on second floor next to roof top air handlers, room next door had baby who was left to cry to sleep in the evening and also at 5 AM. Great location near shopping, business, restaurants and shopping. Friendly hotel staff. Restaurant needs updating.

Location is close to Montreal, major highways and shopping centers. Room has two queen beds. Swimming pool is really very small for a 3 star hotel. And it's obviously not well maintained. Pool water looks dirty. This hotel claims to be 4 star. We still feel it's overrated.

Internet is free. Good size rooms, esp. the 2 beds. Swimming is dirty. Needs to watch those using it. Cigarettes floating on the pool, exercise machines are broken, not well maintain. Best price for the conditions except for some of the facilities like the pool and fitness center.

Great location if you have transportation. Driving to/from hotel can be tricky without GPS. Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Even the security was friendly and watchful of the halls and parking lot. On site restaurant was good. But I found the staff was not very friendly towards non French speaking people.

Good location. Nothing. Staff was very helpful, restaurant had a nice offering and the wait staff was helpful and friendly.

Courteous and helpful staff. Aesthetics in the room, and bath tub could be better. The first room provided to me was smoking, everything in the room was stinking, but when notified the front desk, they changed the room to non-smoking ASAP.

Ideal location across from largest shopping centre in Montreal area. Does not have an all-day in-house restaurant. Ideal location for shopping across from Carrefour Laval Shopping Centre. Easy to find, large parking lot with easy access. Friendly, efficient staff. Restaurant available for breakfast only, as is the room service. Adjoining Cage aux Sports restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel and is not appropriate, serving mainly a sports bar menu. Internet access is very reliable.

Everybody was really nice and helpful. Nothing. Really nice place to stay, close to almost everything.

Location. The sleep by number bed, very uncomfortable. Great location. Cage Aux Sport bar is great to have near by.
Date of Stay:

I liked the location, close to everything I needed. Across the street from the shopping centre. Room was very drab. I would stay here again on business but probably not for pleasure. Very nice & friendly staff, clean rooms but lacks a certain charm.
