The hotel and staff were nice. There was nothing particularly spectacular about the hotel, but nothing terrible either. Very average and adequate and considering the other options in the area this hotel is probably your best bet.

They had sleep number beds. Great stay, very quite, good breakfast, big rooms and very clean.

The Raddison was fine except that they did not honor our request for non-smoking rooms which I had requested due to allergies. Their solution was to put us in on a sofa bed in a non-smoking parlor room. Because we booked it through online travel website, they did not have to honor any of our requests I would reccommend making reservations directly with the hotel from now on. Then they could have done something differently. Our plane reservations went beautifully and we will continue to book flights through online travel website but never hotel reservations.

The hotel is located within a block to the concert venue that we attended. We had to hold down the toilet handle until it finished flushing. Overall, this hotel was clean and comfortable. The sleep number bed was a great touch. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The food in the tavern was excellent!

Room was lovely. Breakfast room service was great. Hotel restaurant was expensive and mediocre. Just loved the hotel and location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I'm not quite sure what the previous primadonna was complaining about, but our stay was fantastic. We stayed almost a week, and it is sooo nice to look over at your children and see them sleeping like angels. The Sleep # bed is a Godsend, everything is clean and the staff with jump through hoops if needed. We had one small snafu at breakfast the last morning, but even that was fully rectified.

The purpose of staying overnight was because we went to a concert at the Verizon Center. The location was perfect. It was close enought to restaurants and the concert. Also, the staff gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel was very friendly and helpful. I felt the hotel was clean and very accomodating. The only complaint was the heating system. It was not the best. It was a very cold night and the heat really had to be played with and didn't seem like it was the best. The room was a nice size and the bathroom was even better.

The restaurant food and servers. The front dest personal staff nonchalant attitude and Un- professional attitude left quite a bit to be desired. The overall room was sufficient for my needs, clean comfortable toweling was soft. I tried to blend business with pleasure having my Fiancé accompany me on the trip.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely stay here again.

The Raddison Hotel Manchester was comfortable and in a great location. I liked the layout of the room. There was no water in any of the vending machines, on any floor. The lobby was very hot and humid, as if they did not have the air on. I would not recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel was very accommodating to the folks participating in the marathon. We could hear some young people in the next room partying but they settled down. We had the perfect room, overlooking Elm Street on the 12th floor. We loved the sleep number mattress!

If you like dingy hotels aging ungracefully, this one will suite your tastes. The room decor is old, the furniture a bit beat up, and no, the new ""Sleep Number"" beds have not arrived yet. The bathroom is a disaster, with a shower head that barely functions, and a drain problem. The bar/restaurant is adequate, and when we stayed here, room service decided to close up shop 10 minutes early from scheduled closing -- I guess they too could not wait to leave the place. Me too. FInd something a bit more renovated and customer friendly. D-

From the moment I called to request two double beds the people could not have been friendlier. The people at the front desk were polite and very organized. As a matter of fact, I noticed a proper looking gentleman' in the lobby as we were checking out and I asked if he was the manager, he said yes and I told him that everyone we met in the hotel from the desk people to the waiters and waitress to chambermaids had done more than their required duties for us. We do travel alot and this is not always the case. People sometimes forget about friendliness, it does go a long way and people do notice it.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Good location and close to airport. Hotel parking is not free.

When we arrived the staff was friendly, however, our key wouldn't work in the room door. We went back down, reported it, they reset the key and we tried again, but it still didn't work. We again went back down. Finally they sent someone to check the door and there was a man in the room. Also, the hallways and our room reeked of stale smoke. Other than these irritations, the room was large and nice.

Rooms were great. The restaurant staff was terrible. The hotel restaurant staff wasn’t doing anything and had a very hard time in getting what we wanted. After asking for more water or anything the waitress would give us a rude look. Would recommend eating out.

Room was very nice as well as all the employees. You will be satisfied.
