Everything was great except that I had to leave a day earlier than expected but since i had reserved on line they said i was still going to be charged for that extra day.

Room was big; very convenient overall layout. The breakfast buffet was nice but expensive.

Although the inside of the hotel is beautiful, it was certainly misleading. The hotel personnel cannot handle the volume of people that were there last weekend. I arrived at 2:00 - hoping to get my room a bit earlier - 4:00 pm is the normal check in. The desk clerk took my cellphone number and told me she would call when the room was ready. I went shopping at the MOA. At 4:00, I still didn't get a phone call so I returned to the hotel. There were over 70 people in line - it took up the entire lobby. Since I was checked in - I didn't have to wait in that line THANK GOD!!! One family told me that they were in line until 6:00 before they got their room. The waterpark is beautiful - my children enjoyed themselves immensely. Remember to bring your own towel because the waterpark RAN OUT OF TOWELS. Once again, a sign of their incompetence. I do plan on coming back to the hotel - luckily I got a coupon from the MOA coupon book (buy one night, get one half price). The hotel really should train their employees a bit.

I would recommend the Radisson for families. The water park is great but is geared more towards younger children. After a couple of hours my teenagers got bored with it. It is very nice though! The front desks were very helpful. We weren't satisfied with the type of room we had and they upgraded us to a better room. They were also helpful with locating a missing cell phone charger. One thing that I didn't like was that there wasn't a pool besides the waterpark. I knew that before I booked this. I heard other adults mention the same issue.

Excellent check in process, hotel was very clean and comfortable

The rooms were very spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub were not open because the water park was closed. Otherwise, the rooms are very spacious and clean. It it a beautiful hotel, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

I was stranded in the cities for the night, and thought a waterpark sounded fun. Walked in to get a room, the front desk people were rude. Was told that the water park was not included in the price of the hotel room which was 150 for a night! Got to our room, there was no sleep number bed, which they advertised every where, the shower had no pressure. Our thermostat would not work properly, we called for some one to come fix it, and no one ever came. You could hear all the kids running up and down the halls all night too, yelling and screaming. We complained the next morning when we checked out and all they said was that they were sorry and would send some one up to fix our issues. which didn't help us, since we were checking out! I will not stay there agian, and recommened that no one else does either.

We Traveled from the Hotel to Como Zoo, we had no idea how to get there and the front desk staff gave us a map and told us the best route to get there and we had a great time at the Zoo and we arrived back at the hotel safely. We use the hotel Shuttle and that was perfect to get to The Mall of America and aslo to return back to the Radisson, we didn't have to worry about parking! The Water Park of America was a BLAST, the kids loved it especially the Eagles Nest, walking 10 stories was awesome and so was the ride down the huge tunnels of water slide. I would highly recommend the stay with children. The rooms were great the bunk beds for the kids and queen and king size beds for the adults. The beds you just lay down and it's like you melt and relax, the room was clean and beautiful. Cleaning staff were great and took care of our room. We ate at the Split Rock Cafe and the pizza was really good . It was a great experience.

I loved the room. It was spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The hotel was great. The line was long to check in but they were very efficient and the wait time was minimal. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the restaurant was exceptional.

Compared to other hotels in the same price range, the Radisson doesn?t quite meet expectations for the business traveler. The VIP Business Center consists of 1 PC hooked to 1 printer, that didn?t work. The VIP Business Center is accessed by key card and the front lobby personnel must grant you permission. Other hotels offer several PCs hooked to individual printers and usually are open access. Don?t expect to grab a free cup of coffee or continental breakfast before you leave in the morning, unless you have access to the VIP lounge. Again, most other hotels, even less expensive ones, have free coffee and/or continental breakfast. Also, the lighting in the room is subpar. It?s a great place for the family with the indoor waterpark and the bunk beds in the room are a hoot, but don?t expect much accommodation for the business traveler.

We chose the hotel for the location near the airport as we were flying out the next morning and being near the Mall of America. It was a great hotel, but the rooms near the air intake generators were way too noisy. However, the staff quickly moved us to another room, which was quieter but you could still hear the noise in the background. So if you do go here, by all means ask for a room on the opposite end from these generators.

The cleanliness and restaurant. Pillows-all the same-would like different soft/hard.

Convenient to airport. Inadequate lighting in room, outside of mouthwash bottle unclean, overcooked rice with dinner. The hotel struck me as pretentious, and so did the front desk clerk. Both mouthwash bottles seemed to have had something spilled on their outside and not wiped off. There was inadequate light for reading in the room. The rice that came with my dinner in the attached restaurant was hard, as if it had stuck to the bottom of the pan; the rest of the meal was good, although I did have to ask for bread with it. But since I only wanted a safe, clean and reasonably priced place to stay between planes without having to wander around outside at night to find a place to eat, it filled the bill and I would stay there again under similar circumstances.

Went to the web site for waterparks of america, MN--found out there was a hotel on premise, which was really nice, link us to the Radisson, we book the hotel for the weekend, once we got there and check in, found out the waterpark was extra . They stated that you get 20% off, but the ticket is only good for 1 days addmission, the addmission get you in a hour early before the general public and hour after closing when the general public has to leave. We were disapointed that we had to pay extra for the addmission fee to get into the waterpark, for a family of 4 get and the food at the waterpark was a bit . Several other family's we talk to also stated there were miss-led by the web site. You are not allowed to bring in coolers or food into the waterpark. Every other hotel that we have travled to had a waterpark on it's resort included waterpark tickets at no extra cost. At least the Radisson web page could of stated that waterparks tickets were not included in the hotel stay or stated that you get a % discount but none of that was stated on the web page. The hotel/room was clean and updated. The night dinner at the resturant was really good, breakfast was not the greatest had better at other places. Would I go back again, probley not unless they give waterpark tickets with the hotel stay.

After getting snowed in and having to have my wife book the hotel while I was stuck at the airport, I was extremely satisified with her selection. I received a free shuttle ride to and from the hotel, as well as a great room that was very relaxing! The bar was an oasis for everyone caught up in the flight cancellations, but stay away from the late night Sysco pizza.

Lobby staff and room was excellent. Water park was entertaining to watch. The restaurant was dirty - food and paper on the floor. Very pricey for the selection offered at the breakfast bar. Would stay here again but not eat in the restaurant. It was not a pretty site!

Just a quickie..........this was a clean but sparcely appointed place to hang it up for the night near Mall of America or the Airport. For a Radisson, you'd expect more, but the cost made it worth it.

Classy, modern and still comfortable. They weren't able to give me a king room.. Shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The restaurant was yummy, (I recommend the cornbread) and I slept like a baby!
