I could not have asked for a better stay. The hotel staff bent over backwards for us- we have an 19 month old. The staff was super friendly. The mall and plenty of other shops are in walking distance or a very short drive. All of the downtown areas are easily accessed due to the hotels close location to a main beltway.

The price, when special needs were made known we were given a complimentary fridge and microwave. Overall shabbiness. I was surprised to find the hotel somewhat rundown. A three star rating should not include such an establishment. Things were older, clearly cheap and not kept up. One of the door handles in our room was peeling. The room was small. Initially we were given a room with the wrong size bed in spite of calling ahead a few days and being assured we would get the size we wanted. We had to be relocated along with the fridge, and microwave in the original room. Second room was small and crowded. Frankly we were glad to get out of the hotel. Would not like to stay there again.

From the moment I walked in I felt at home. I never saw any staff member without a genuine smile or "can I help you" from them. The hotel is handy to all my favorite resturants and the breakfast offerred in the am was fresh, and peaceful. I will definately come back even for a chance to sleep in those incrediably wonderful sleep number beds!!!!

My wife and I stayed at the Radisson in Madison Friday night and checked out the next morning. The room was clean and comfortable with some nice touches. We did not eat dinner in the dining room but did enjoy the extensive, complimentary breakfast. Of the several hotels that I have stayed at in Madison, this is the best value. The location is near the shopping mall in West side of the city near many restaurants and stores.

Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Hallways had a bad smell. Room also had an odor. Beds were not very comfortable.

The bathroom tub did not drain. The coffee pot had no were to plug in. Or no were convienent. you had to plug it in the sink were you hair dry and curling iron go and it was very in the way.

Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel itself was very nice. The staff we met did not know what exit they were at, how to get there, or whether or not they had a shower cap. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, quiet and easy access. Good place to stay. They split up the bathroom, toilet and shower/bath separated from the sink and mirror. No cooler/refrigerator.

They had a bottle of water for me, but it made me wonder about the quality of the water. The hotel is old (and not in a good way). Although clean, it is obvious that renovations are not high on the priority list.

There was an entrance close to our room. It was old and needed to be updated. I will not be returning to this hotel. You had to pay $10 to have a refrigerator in your room. The left us no complimentary soap or shampoo. The bedding was old and there were marks on the blankets.

Location. The sheets were stained. The hotel itself met standards. It was not so dirty we had to complain, but I was glad we were only staying here one night. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and the sheets were stained.

The restaurant was very nice and the pool area was clean and well maintained. There was no hot water for showering and the sleep number beds never seem to work correctly.

Nice room layout with sleep number mattresses. No hot water on Saturday 8:00 am, no ice onFriday 10:00 pm. Outside facade. Commented to lobby receptionist on lack of hot water and ice. She said nothing.
