The check in staff was very friendly and helpful.I didn't get to do much except check in attend the reception and sleep. I had plans early the next morning. My stay was fast and enjoyable.

The view out our window of the river. River view rooms was breathtaking.

The hotel was ok, but I think over-priced. Our remote didn't work for our TV and we supposedly had a sleep number bed which is why I chose this hotel over the Holiday Inn. However, it didn't work, and so while comfortable, the bed could have been better. Also, the staff was unaware of what special deal we were under and told us initially that we didn't have breakfast. I guess that when I pay what I paid for this hotel, I expect close to perfection. I have also been in places that are more helpful finding restaurants, etc. They have provided us with maps, etc. So while the hotel was nice, I think they need to work on the small things that can make or break a trip. PS. This hotel was said to be full on other web sites. Only online travel website had this deal.

Good room service - breakfast was quick and decent. Arrival check-in took quite awhile.

For the listed price of this room, I would have been disappointed. Room is small, bathroom is awkward, the front of my room door was noticeably shabby. Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room fell short. Yes, the high traffic areas had been cleaned (clean linens, vacuumed, bathroom gone over) but it was obvious that this room had not had a good cleaning in a long time. The walls, doorframes and fixtures had marks or were in need of a good wiping down. In fact, I cleaned my bathroom more after I got there. The toilet was not very clean, the faucets were spotted, and I spotted 4 or 5 presumably maid hairs in there. This did not give me confidence that the floor had been mopped either. The card lying on my pillow (to order breakfast from) had something splashed on it. I'm not a neatnik by nature, but when I'm staying in a hotel room where many people have lived, I do want to make sure it is sanitary! Aside from the fact that I think a Radisson should be cleaner and better maintained than this, it is a lovely hotel with a great view of the park and river out front. The young lady at the front desk checked me in the fastest I have EVER been checked in and was courteous. Bed was very comfortable. I would have liked to had more time to explore the town. I stayed here for safety reasons rather than a cheaper hotel, but I did purchase the room on Priceline, which made it worth what I paid.

The Radisson in La Crosse is a very nice, pleasant hotel. The hotel and the roooms are well kept, and the staff is very nice and accommadating. This is the third time I've stayed at the hotel for family functions, and it has a pool, an exercise room, free parking for guests, and a computer for guests to use in a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi is also a nice perk. The hotel over-looks the Mississippi River, and there is a beautiful park just outside the hotel so you can walk along the Mississippi. It is also one block from the the town, where there are stores, shops, restaurants and pubs (including an ice cream parlor!). They renovated the lobby from the last time I was there, and eliminated one of their two restaurants, turning it into a ballroom. Unfortunately, that was the casual dining area, much like a pub, which was good for light/simple meals and for the kids. There is now only one restaurant, which serves very good food, but does not have the pub-style food or atmosphere offered by the prior restaurant. All in all, it's proximity to the airport, the town, and the river, along with the amenities and condition of the hotel, definitely makes it a great place to stay while in La Crosse.

It is near the downtown area, but far enough away from the bars. Quiet rooms. This is the best hotel in La Crosse if you want to enjoy all that downtown has to offer. Beautiful views of the river and the bluffs.

This was a great hotel with a wonderful view of the Mississippi River. Downtown shops & restaurants within walking distance, and the pathway along the river was great for walking. Riverboat cruises depart from nearby, there's a outdoor stage down the street, and the gardens next to the visitor information center were beautiful. We booked two rooms, one double for our kids and a king for us. The double rooms overlook the river, and we got the parking lot view. We were tempted to switch to a double, but stayed put and let the boys have the great scenery. They also enjoyed the international clientele since there were several foreigners there on business with Trane. The front desk employees were pleasant & helpful. The only hiccup was when we asked for a laundromat and they referred us to one that had a steady stream of unsavory characters, none of whom were doing laundry. After getting our laundry done as quickly as possible, we drove around the block to see where all the people were coming from, and found a soup kitchen in the next building. We told the front desk they might want to find another laundromat to recommend to their guests! Nice hotel, nice staff, and LaCrosse is a fun town to visit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Very good deal considering the quality of the restaurant and the ideal location on the river. The fitness center was not as good as one would expect from a hotel of such standing.

On the waterfront great location. Mother's day brunch meant dining room not available for breakfast after8:30.

Hotel room was smaller than expected with low (6'6) ceiling in entryway. The select comfort bed almost made up for the drone of the heater. Location was great for downtown attractions and access to quality dining. I guess the restaurant gives this hotel the extra star.

The location on the Mississippi River, king sized Sleep number bed, fridge in room & price got through Priceline. May have been a small leak in one side of the sleep number bed. With a friendly staff, a beautiful room and the boardwalk access on the shores of the Mississippi River. This hotel can provide all the means for any Calgon Moment one may need.

We came for a relaxing weekend to view the sites and found it a perfect getaway

Very pretty rooms. The air conditioning didn't seem to be working well. The hotel was located on the Mississippi river and has a very lovely park and walking trail along the river right outside the hotel. The room seemed to have been recently redone and was very pretty.

The rooms were newly renovated and very plush. The lobby area is very dull. One of the things we most appreciated about the hotel is its solid construction. Walls in another, newer hotel of the same price point across the street reverberate when you shut the doors, but that doesn't happen in the Radisson. The rooms are very plush and well appointed. A little extra light in the bathroom would be appreciated, but the fixtures are nice and new.

Free parking. Unfriendly upper management. The hotel is the nicest in the area. The hotel is clean and the front line staff is great.

Great beds. Cheap TV, no breakfast (But I did know they were not going to have breakfasts.) This hotel is a nice hotel for older people that want a nice view of the river. It is best left to vacationers. This hotel is not ideal for business travelers as they do not have a breakfast and the TVs are cheap and there is no microwave in the room. Expect to pay top dollar if you want to eat at their (very nice) restraint.

Good location, nice view of the Mississippi River. Lack ofTV channels. Nice hotel, good location. Hotel makes a big deal out of comfort beds.

The staff at the front desk. The beds were uncomfortable and the room not the cleanest. This hotel has sleep number beds. Nice way to spend a weekend away. Neither of us slept well and will not go back to the Radisson in La Crosse, Wisconsin. The vent in the bathroom (on the ceiling) was disgustingly dirty! We could pick the dust, and whatever else was in there, out of it. The parking situation was ridiculous. You had to pull a ticket out of a machine for the gate to go up, so you could park in the parking lot of the hotel. And to get out of the hotel parking lot you had to pay $5 or get a token (from the front desk-if you remembered, too) to put in, so the gate would rise so you could get out of the parking lot. None of the other hotels had such a ridiculous parking system. We will not be staying at the Radisson, in La Crosse, Wisconsin, again.
