The hotel itself was great. Very friendly service at the front desk as well as the rest of the staff. The pool wasn't as clean as I would have liked it, but there may have been a storm the day before we arrived. Also there were some small black bugs in the pool (4 total that we saw) that were aggressive. The bugs would bite or pinch and when pushed away, they would immediately come back. Lots of options for food very close to the hotel, access to the interstate was also very easy. Overall, a great trip! Go to Clark's Fish Camp and Benny's Seafood to eat...both VERY good places to eat. Clark's is very unique, but not for anti-hunters or closed minded eaters!

The flat screen TV and sleep number beds were a treat. No complimentary breakfast. Great place to stay with kids or for a romantic trip.

Our stay was such a joy. The rooms were clean and the Sleep Number bed was fantastic. The photos were exactly what you get. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we really just had a blast. Thank you!

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful. I would recomend it to anyone getting away for a weekend looking to relax. The staff was very polite and very accomdating to our needs. The room was absolutly beautiful. Very affordable.

This trip was for both business and pleasure. The hotel was located close to the restaurant we ate at, close to Dave and Busters for some evening fun, and also close to my place of business the following day. Since I had to conduct my business solo, my boyfriend had to stay behind at the hotel and we asked the front desk if we could have a later check out over 11 a.m. they were very accommodating and friendly and we recieved a 1 p.m. check-out at no extra cost. Unfortunately we didn't get to check out the pool or weight room but our personal room, all though a little small, was very nice and clean. Oh yeah, the sleep number bed was wonderful! Best sleep I had in a while!

1 night for Mayo visit. Welcome from Desk to prompt attention to TV problem great.Very nice clean room,most comfortable beds.Close to restaraunts. Enjoyable!!!

Very comfortable, clean room and nice staff but location is a bit inconvenient for Mayo Clinic visitors. Hotel does offer a shuttle service to Mayo which could be a plus for some people. I don't know that I would stay again if I were visiting Jacksonville for the express purpose of appointments at Mayo.

The Radisson has a beautiful decor that immediately drew me into a state of relaxation. The staff were all very caring and accomodating with lots of Southern Hospitality extended. My room was perfect with a reading area aside from the King Size bed.(Very clean and well maintained) I was able to make quick communications online in the computer center. The location was perfect...close to the beach....easy access to the Gator Bowl and downtown area, but also allowed for a day trip to St. Augustine. I would most definitely recommend it to friends and anyone traveling in the Jacksonville area.

The beds were amazing and the staff was wonderful. The pool was a little dirty and upon arrival the room was lacking towels. Overall this was a great hotel, from the sleep number beds to the plasma flat screen TV. Our room had a microwave and mini fridge and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Hotel is nice and and the refrigerator and microwave were very convenient. The staff were nice and accommodating. We had to ask them to split our stay because we had an unexpected death in the family that required us to travel to the funeral in the middle of our vacation. They took care of it with no problem. We were very thankful. The only problems we had were the bathtub was stained with something that looked like dirt, but wasn't, the grout around the tile in the bathroom looked dirty, and the toilet paper was sandpaper rough.

The Radison was a great value for the price. We were close to all the great ammenities of Jacksonville but secluded from the commercialism. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We will stay again when in the area.

I was happy to get away for an evening with my husband. The room was exactly what I had hope it would be. Spacious and clean with a luxurious plush bed. The bathroom was larger than most and updated with granite. Nice flat screen TV and even a desk for work(we weren't there to work) Shopping and dining only a short 10-15 minute drive. There is even a large Dave N Busters family friendly arcade and restaurant to walk to with a nice place to dine inside. I would definitely return again.

There are several dining options just minutes away. All the rooms, let me repeat all their hotel rooms have Sleep number beds, microwaves and refrigerators. The bed was very comfortable and Don Shula restaurant had a good breakfast buffet for the price.

Very nice, but not over the top. A perfect blend of what's needed and what's desired in a hotel, and it was very comfortable. The gym. Like it a lot.
