The sleep number beds were horrible, worst nights sleep ever.

I liked the city that this hotel was near. I think the hotel treated me badly, and that resulted in less revenue to them.

Very clean, quite, comfortable. For us the deciding factors is that the hotel should be clean, clean shower, beds and no smells. Also quite, there were a lot of guests in the hotel, but you could not hear anyone in the room. That was excellent. Good location. They matched all of these criterias perfectly.

SleepNumber bed horribly uncomfortable regardless of the number chosen; loud whine of the hotel-wide air system also kept me awake. Food was excellent in Le Bistro and The Garden. Confusing hotel layout. Took a long time for our room to get warm. Lights inside room weren't very bright. I will never stay here again.

Easy access to Rtes. 6 and 28. Great location, great price and great service. No complaints except for a fire alarm at 8:15 Sunday morning (but it was a beautiful day, so the wake-up call was welcomed).

Modern furniture, recently remodeled rooms. It doesn't look invitation from the outside. Great rooms, very clean.

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and a good size. Bistro pub had excellent pizza, friendly check in and check out. We would stay here again.

We had to drive everywhere we went. Hotel is located in the middle of a business district, so the scenery was not great. Had to drive to get to the water. For the price I would say it was just ok. Room was clean and service was good. We used the Gold'd gym and the staff there were very nice.

A little further out than I liked but access to taxi was good. Remodling made for unplesant smells in some places. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very clean and well kept up. Did not have that typical funky hotel smell!!

The food in the bistro was excellent. TVkept losing reception. The hotel room was Little smaller than I thought it would be.The sleep number bed was not as comfortable as the ad states.

Good location. Full size beds. Clean, beds wereok.

Room comfortable & attractive, staff was very friendly & helpful. Sleep number beds, only 1 elevator and locked entrances. We enjoyed our stay at the Hyannis Radisson; it was a convenient location to use as a base to see Cape Cod. Staff was very friendly & helpful and had great recommendations for dining. Room was attractive, clean and comfortable. We did enjoy the vintage posters that adorn the walls of the corridors on our way to and from our room. We did not like the sleep number beds or the fact that there was only one elevator at the lobby/restaurant end of the building and our room was at the other end on the 2nd floor. Would have used the stairs right near our room, but the entrance on this end was locked (and no key card opener was available, so we always had to park at the other end in order to get in. The indoor pool looked wonderful; unfortunately, we never had time to use it.

The room had been updated very nicely. Very clean, great beds, nice linens. Our group of 3 couples, where surprised at how nice the rooms looked. No smell of any kind, great beds, great linens, towels were good, one couple ate one eve in the bistro and said that it was very good. We were very satisfied.

Helpfulness of staff. Not as upscale as I expected. A very good hotel.

Pillows, AC was manageable. Buffet breakfast was overpriced, food cold & minimal. Staff was helpful in accommodating my request for room near elevator. All very comfortable and clean.
Date of Stay:
August, 2008
It was easy to find. Its overall condition - poorly maintained. A very tired property in desperate need of renovation - tacky to the max. Lousy location directly across from the airport - where they start flying at 5 am. Stay away.
