This hotel is exactly what you'd want or expect -- a functional, standardized business hotel with no surprises, happy or unhappy. Clean rooms, free wifi, Starbucks in the lobby, nice harborfront location, easy walking distance to local restaurants. Service was eager and generous, if a little unpolished (wake-up call came 20 minutes late, but with profuse apologies). All in all, a perfectly comfortable stay.

Staff was outstanding, flexible and understanding. Great location on Lake Michigan and the restaurant is fantastic.

We had a rehearsal dinner in the Zephyr room - catered by the Chancery. Try the tilapia, it was excellent. Beautiful presentation. X at the front desk was very attentive & accommodating. We are looking forward to staying at the Radisson in the near future.

Our room was large and comfortable, the staff was friendly. We didn't even leave the establishment for an entire day ... and didn't need to... We had a great room with a view of the marina. The hot tub and pool area were well maintained. It's close to downtown Racine with it's shops, coffee houses, and bars... I would definitely stay again.

Jacuzzi was great. Parking was in a city garage $1.50 each time in. Parking was strange set up, but there was no room due to being on lake. Still would stay again.

The sleep number beds, Starbucks, location, pool. Parking. This hotel has a great location by the harbor. It's rooms are clean and comfortable, especially the sleep number beds.

Very friendly staff. Paid parking. Paying for parking each time you park isn't too bad if you're not going in and out much, it's a reasonable rate particularly if you're leaving your car there for a while.

Our whirlpool suite was filthy, hair in the whirlpool, dirty napkins stuffed behind the nightstand, the tub would not drain. The food was not good and overpriced in the restaurant.

Location on the lake. Location/parking for check in was not convenient. The room was very nice and the staff accommodating. The adjoining restaurant was disappointing the following morning - understaffed, long wait, incorrect food delivered, without any person available to talk to about this. The parking fee of $1.25 for every time you come and go is a little ridiculous - some sort of token should be given for hotel users.

Great view of Marina and lake. Large comfortable room. Didn't offer free continental breakfast. Closest ice machine broken. Outstanding location next to Marina and Lake Michigan. Very well maintained and an extremely helpful staff. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants in downtown that is undergoing renovation. Close to the Racine Art Museum. It's a small museum but very high quality collection. Reasonably priced, better than average restaurant attached to hotel. Very convenient. Racine and the surrounding area are worth a visit, too.
