Rooms are clean and nice, hallways, elevators appear, feel, and smell old. Lobby has no curb appeal.

I was really disappointed in this hotel. There are two sections and I was put in the slum section. Old and rundown. My ceiling was discolored and pieces falling from a prior lead. There was barely room to get in and out of the shower. I suggest if you book at this hotel make sure you are getting a room in the new circular section of the hotel. I paid the same price for my slum room as a coworker who stayed in the new section.

Staff was very helpful about places around the area either good or bad. The hotel food was a little over priced but the moving of it made up for it. Staff very knowledgeable about area, the bathroom was very small and no fan. The beds were very comfortable.

With the photos and description you would have thought this was a flagship hotel. I would think it was many years ago. The decor was very dated, the rooms very small and the ceilings and walls were filled with cracks in the plaster. wall paper pealing in the bathroom . The bathroom was the scale of what you would expect in a small cruiseline ship. The view was fantastic over the harbor and the town is full of energy and many things to do and see. The resturant at the top was very good and the service was great. The hotel should not ride on the reputation of the resturant. It needs to be the whole package. I do not think I would go back unless something big changes.

Bad sleep number bed and dirty room. Not a 3 star hotel for quality. Bad sleep number bed and dirty room. The pool area is very small. Hotel is extremely dated and had a smell. Terrible sleep number beds! I have had to stay here before but wouldn't if I ever again had the option. When I checked out, the staff didn't even ask how I liked my stay!

We looked at other hotels in the same price range and they all had continental breakfast's included in price.

The hotel was fine -- clean, a good location, beautiful view. The room was pretty small (pie-shaped because the hotel is a cylinder) but basically adequate ... we don't need a huge amount of space. But we only stayed there one night and that was a blessing. First the Sleep Number beds -- 2 double beds in this room -- could only be set for one person each. In other words, by going cheap with the single control, Radison defeated the whole purpose of the adjustable bed. I suffered with my wife's downy-soft-no-support-whatsoever setting all night and woke up with a backache. OTOH, the kids enjoyed playing with the setting on their bed ... which for us parents got old real fast. *Bzzzzt* Up *psssst* down *bzzzzt* up *pssst* down ... "Knock it off!" Probably the most annoying thing, however, was the two tiny elevators, which NEVER provided a direct trip to our floor (up or down) and were ALWAYS jammed by the time we got there. Many times we stopped on floors and people couldn't get on because the car was already full. Very weak for a Radison. All in all, the hotel was OK. But for the price, I'd expect more from a Radison.

Comfortable rooms, the resturant can't be beat for atmosphere. The elevators don't give you much time to get on or off. Overall the hotel is pleasant. A great night time dining experience. No troubles at all.

"We came for Grandma's marathon. Nice rooms, everything clean, and good service. We stayed in the tower. The room had a wall AC unit, probably original. I overheard another guest complaining about the AC, so probably the same in every room. Also, the elevators took forever. Great location for Grandma's marathon! Very nice revolving restaurant on the top. I'd stay here again, but hope they replace the AC units(which also appear to be the heating units)"

" Under my covers was a spider! the gut at the desk was very rude! My new room had dried blood on the spread. I got charged for 2 rooms! Two rude people later, I finally got X and she fixed EVERYTHING! I would never sugest staying at this hotel, shcek your sheets if you do!"

We ended up with a lake view room. It was very 70"s style. Very nice employers. It has some updates, but it could use some more. Pool was clean, but needs updating.

"Despite what the Hotel says on their description, not all rooms have Sleep Number beds. The rooms on the back of the Tower were OK - but not what I was expecting from a Radison. Also - air conditioner/heater was very very loud."

Great view. Lack of cleanliness, dated. Rooms were adequate but dated, bathroom had hair all over in tub and mirrors were not cleaned.

Downtown good location. Comfortable, convenient, good helpful staff.

The location and unique dining experience. The staff. The hotel seemed a bit run down and the staff was rude. They had a very nice restaurant at the top of the hotel and the location was nice.

Customer service. The bed was horrible! I would not stay there again.
