We enjoyed the atmosphere, clean room, and friendly service. The fire alarm went off at 8:00 a.m. Upon exiting the building, there was no one outside to let us know what was going on. My husband is hearing impaired and would not have heard the alarm had I been out of the room. However, we should have notified them of his hearing loss upon our arrival. Suggestion: have rooms equiped with flashing lights for hearing impaired.

Sleep number bed! Hair on shower wall, smell outside the room in the hallway. The price I paid was a bit too high I believe. When you first entered the lobby, there was a strong smell of chlorine from the pool. There was a nasty smell eliminating from the hallway by our room that smelled like it perhaps was a dead mouse somewhere nearby. The staff was friendly, especially at check out.

I have never had a more uncomfortable nights sleep in my entire life. I felt like I never slept while I was there and I found the hotel staff very unhelpful. Oh and they never activated my key card so after I walked all the way back downstairs tro have it activated they never even apologized. I would not recommedn this hotel.

It was cozy, quiet and clean. The breakfast wasn't the greatest. Other than the food at the restaurant, everything, including the people and service was exceptional. I would definitely stay there again.

Nothing Everything, they let anyone stay at this hotel I contacted the hotel the night of our stay. I was there for a couple hours and then I left because of various issues; the night started out by me receiving phone calls where someone would call my room breath into the phone and then hang up. After that someone came knocking on my door pretending to be the police; he was not. Twice during my stay I had to call the police and they came to my room to try to figure out who was harassing me. They were unable to find the person so the security of the hotel offered so sit outside my room all night; but I still felt very unsettled and unsafe in the room. The person at the Front Desk told me I could have a refund if I called PriceLine. The gentleman said that PriceLine would refund me and then the hotel would refund them. This was the desk manager at the hotel on Wednesday March 29, 2009 at approximately 1 am. If you have any further questions you may email me back and I will do my best to provide further information about the incident.

Location (but no view). Abasic clean older hotel with bathrooms that needed updating and the rooms were smaller than most we stayed in during our 10 days on the trip.

Excellent location to see the tourist sites around Plymouth. This hotel is very conveniently located to walk to all the waterfront sites, cruises, restaurants, and shopping in Plymouth. The only need for a car was to get to the Plymouth Plantation, which was less than 10 minutes drive away. The room was well kept and the hotel staff was friendly.

The hotel was across the street from the ocean and a short distance to the rock and Mayflower. Great location. Nothing. Great location, great pub, excellent staff. Met all my expectations.
