The hotel is tired. My interpretation of the hotel. It started with poor quality construction. Example: Noise from adjacent rooms sounds like it is in guest's room. Probably went through a change in management. New management is trying to improve hotel but, is restricted to a small budget. Example: new shower controls are cheap and operate poorly. Dining Room gets a "C." Dinner gets a "B."

Swimming pool. No fridge/microwave. Pleasant and quiet hotel with a nice lobby and bar area. I was very disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room although the room was large and could accommodate it.

Because I had business at the courthouse, this was the perfect location for me. It is only 3 blocks from the courts and only 4 blocks from the Amtrak station. The hotel is nice and clean but some of the furnishings are showing some age. The convention center is just two blocks down the street. The hotel has its own conference center as well. I would recommend this hotel to family or business travelers. One nice thing is that this hotel doesn't charge for parking your vehicle unlike other nearby hotels do.

this was my first visit with this hotel and everything was excellent. i could not have asked for a beeter place to stay.

Convenient to convention center. Sleep number beds. Cooperative staff. Disabled elevators. Inconvenient access to central area. Poor directional signage for meeting rooms. The room was comfortable and well appointed. The beds have Sleep number mattresses, which were appreciated. No real signs of wear and tear, except that the bathroom toilet and basin were both cracked, however this was not an inconvenience. The public areas were appealing, but with somewhat inconvenient access, however there was only one public elevator, out of three, operating consistently during peak times and we were sent to use the freight elevator, down past the kitchen. USA Today newspaper at the door, first thing in the morning, was very welcome. Some meeting rooms were difficult to find with poor directions, but the rooms were certainly adequate and well air conditioned.

I arrived early enough to be given a better room that I was given: next to the elevator and next to the pool... lots of noise. I had a room that had a Murphy bed as main bed! Restaurant is iffy... probably my last stay at this hotel

The hotel was very clean and very relaxing. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very professional and polite. The waterfall in the atrium was a great touch. The room was very clean and the sleep number bed was very comfortable.

This was a very nice hotel, however, from everything that I read, I had expected a sleep number bed in each room, that was not the case.

Clean, spacious and comfortable bed's. The location did not make us feel safe outside of the hotel. Interior of hotel, including room was very nice. Bed's were comfortable. Hotel lobby was very spacious and staff was friendly.

This is a very nice hotel. The room had a very confortable air mattress that could be adjusted to your liking and the pillows and feather comforter were also comfortable. I had room service and ordered the Iron Steak with blue cheese and spinach. It was very good and so was the Kenwood Merlot. The rooms overlook a courtyard with a dining room and bar area and a three story fountain. If I to stay in Fresno again, this hotel will be my choice.

Great Food. It was very convienent for what we had to do in Fresno. The only thing that could have been improved was the maid service, they didn't replace glasses or refill coffee, or empty trash cans. But room service was great.We will stay here again.

Staff was friendly and the bed was great. Trip adviser review showed it had bedbugs! I was freaked out! However it was very clean. We came at last minute to Fresno to help my niece move. It was great to find this quality of room for the price. I have always had a good result with Priceline. After reading trip adviser I was very ready to not stay here however it was very clean, staff was friendly and I was very happy with the value for the price.

Ended up being so crowded on Saturday that you couldn't even get an elevator. Had to use stairs. Great hotel. Went as a romantic getaway with my husband. Room was nice. The bathroom could use some TLC though. Mold in the grout and cracked tiles, plus the door wouldn't stay shut. Also, the walls are pretty thin. We could hear our neighbor's conversations and laughter which kind of killed the romantic mood. Overall, comfortable bed, clean room, nice hotel.

The fountain was a great focal point and the sound of it was very soothing. Drunk guy out in the parking lot asking for money. We really like the openness of the hotel as we walked into the lobby. The rooms are updated and comfortable.
