Stayed in a premier room that was allegedly recently refurbished, but it was pretty beat up. Cracked sink, chipped paint, scratches in furniture. A mix up on check in where some one else's fruit basket had been delivered to the room we were given. We called and the concierge snapped at us as if it was our fault. Practically accused us of eating some of the fruit - hmmm, looks like a lot less in here now! When we got the car back from valet parking both seats had been adjusted and it was part way through a CD - we'd been listening to the radio on our way in. I wouldn't stay again. Oh, and this website says there is a pool - there isn't.

A five minute walk from Queen Victoria market - right across from a beautiful park, extremely clean and comfortable, who could ask for more? The price is right for this place! Oh, and the restaurant was awesome. If you don't want to shop at the market, you are minutes from other downtown activities. Wish we could have stayed longer!

We found the Radisson to be good value for the money. The 24 hour business center with free internet was a bonus. Only 2 walking blocks to the tram & train, 2 blocks to Victoria market, nicely located out of the inner city by only a few blocks. The staff was very helpful with directions and how to work out the public transportation. We would stay there again next time.

We asked for 2 beds but got one so had to move to another room with lesser view (construction). The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. It is located in business district with very few dining options after 3 pm because everything closes. Free trolleys were good option to go to other parts of city for dinner options. We did not eat the hotel but found it busy during cocktail hours each day. This hotel was much nicer than we expected and they were eager to serve.

A very nice and quiet hotel, but not too far removed from the city centre and links to publc transport. Only a few minutes walk to Queen Victoria Markets or into the CBD.

fantastic hotel, I have stayed at a lot of hotels in melbourne from 4 to 5 star and this one was great the bed was so nice i had a great night sleep. This will be the place i'll be staying at every time i come to melbourne.

Our room was very clean, a good size, the sheets were very new and the room was pleasant. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in the corridor and it was a little stuffy in the room without the air conditioner, but overall we were very happy with the hotel. I would recommend it.

The Hotel faces onto Flagstaff Gardens and near the Queen Victoria Markets. Close to transport and easy walking distance from Southern Cross Railway Station on Spencer Street. The onsite restaurant is good value.

Food in the cafe etc. is very expensive so make sure you eat out. Other than that its awesome!

Had a lovely two nights. Thought the room here was significantly nicer than at the Grand Hyatt where i stayed last time! TV was a bit limited, channel-wise but room service meal was lovely and well-priced. Highly recommended.

An excellent location to catch the trams, trains and free tourist bus. A very short walk to the market. Restaurant service slow and menu needs more variety. Lighting in rooms very poor but room was a good size and quiet location. Would go again

With superb customer service, clean & spacious room, I'll recommend this hotel to all my friends... The only downside was that neither the free city tram nor the tourist free shuttle bus were working during our 3 days stayed in the hotel, so it took us bit of walk from the hotel to the crown casino... But the hotel is only few minutes walk from the queen victoria market & melbourne central, so it's not too bad...

Even though the rooms were a little on the small size we had a very enjoyable stay with the staff very friendly. Handy location being just on the fringe of the CBD heart and overlooking the park. Would certainly stay again.

My room was not ready on arrival so had to wait an hour and was upgraded to business class with no hassle. The hotel is close to tram stop for the CBD and nicely situated opposite beautiful Flagstaff gardens and very close to railway station. I would reccommend the hotel have stayed 3 times now and staff are always very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and well appointed with everything I needed. There were some minor flaws, such as the television remote often not recognised unless using close to the television, and being able to hear the conversations in the next room (through the interconnecting-room door). I would have appreciated better facilities, such as a more adequate fitness centre and business centre. Overall, though, a very pleasant experience and extremely great value for money!!
