Not a 3, 4 or 5 star hotel. Not on the Wharf - but around the block. Maybe a 3 star hotel in 1980, but not in 2009! Rooms very small. $37/day plus tax for parking on top of the hotel per day charge. Would not stay at hotel again very disappointed!

I wasn't overly impressed with the hotel. When I think of the name "Radisson" I think of an upscale hotel. We were greeted by a very helpful registration desk employee by the name of X and he was very informative. There was a miscommunication between online travel website and the hotel. They had us having (1) queen size bed yet our confirmation showed (2). We have four people in our party I don't see where they thought the (2) other people were going to sleep. Due to this mixup Brian found us a room that had a wonderful view of the bay from our balcony. We were on the "non-smoking" floor yet our room had to be aired out because it smelled like cigarette smoke. The room was in dire need of being remodeled. The only real good thing about the hotel was that it was located on Fisherman's Wharf and all of the employees were very helpful. My family and I would stay there again only because of the location.

nice location, big room. nice staff ,very helpful security guard .24 hour ihop next door .pier39 just steps away .close to all the action ,i would stay here again.when i ran out of coffee the security guard got it for me. that was very nice of him .

The view was amazing and the courtyard looked very nice. This hotel had an excellent location with great views and was in walking distance from everything in fisherman's wharf.

best thing about it is the location and having IHOP on the premises. Would not be too much if they would just make the outdoor pool an indoor one. When in the entire year could one possibly go outdoor swimming in San Francisco's coast anyway??

the hotel we stayed at was wonderful. All the employees were friendly and willing to go out of their way to help you, with directions or dining places. One thing that we were not told was the great and easy private back entrance to the Wharf right from our hotel. The sleep number bed was so great that we actually came home and bought one. This hotel is in the best location in San Francisco. Look out your hotel room and see the beautiful Wharf water front or the other side has a breath taking view of the city. I recommend this hotel for anyone!! Sit back and enjoy this establishment.

No where in making the reservation was anything said about the cost of parking a car while staying at this hotel. I've stayed in SFO many times before and have paid on avg of about 12 to 18 a night but hardly ever free parking. But at this hotel the cost was 40 a night !!! I think that is excessive !! Raise the rates on the hotel rooms and say parking is free or at least something reasonable. The hotel itself is ok, clean rooms but very small in a good location. But will not stay there again because of underhanded method for parking expense.

perfect location, for the price though I expected the rooms to be very clean and they were not. I found an old crinkled up tissue at the head of the bed!! service was great at the front desk but on our second night there they put a rollaway in our room for some unknown reason, I called to have it taken away and nobody ever came so I stuck it in the hallway and there it stayed all night. beds were really comfy and the roooms are quite large. The desk was wobbly though and we felt like we couldn't really put much on it. the desk chair was also a little on the weak side. overall, great location but not necessarily worth the price.

The hotel is in a great location! One street away from Fisherman's Wharf. They have a back entrance that guests can use (key card) that takes you right to the wharf and Johnny Rockets is right next door to the back entrance and IHOP is right next door to the front entrance. Rooms were clean and roomy. I had a view of the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from my window. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Good hotel, we had a nice stay nov. 2008. Hotel is expencive, worth the money, if you want to pay less...there are a lot of nice hotels in fishermans wharf (sorry for my bad language)

Overflowing toilet, broken hairdryer, tiny room, and right on the noisy street. Need I say more like the concierge never returned my call or kept me on hold for 20 minutes. There are lovely places to stay this is just not one of them!!!!

As they say about real estate, location is everything. This hotel is well located on Fisherman's Wharf. We paid extra for the partial Bay view which is okay for a day or so. Keep in mind that the "Bay" is often foggy and view is often not that great. Bay view rooms are quite a hike from lobby area... hard to get luggage from parking area to rooms. Parking is very tight in many spots for anything bigger than an old VW bug. I can parrallel park with the best of them but it literally took me five minutes to manuever into the largest stall I could find... and the parking is * a night in addition to the room. Rooms and halls reasonablly clean but well worn. No extras like free computer terminals, breakfast, and conceirge service poor. But it has great location! If I had it to do over, I would stay elswhere for a lot less and take the mass transit into the Wharf area to tour there and then use cable cars and street cars to get around San Fran. This was easily the worst value we had on our 8 day California trip where we used 4 different motels.
