The food in the dining room - both for dinner and breakfast - is an overpriced disaster.

Excellent proximity to sport venues and night life. The sleep number beds. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. I like everything about the hotel except I am not a big fan of the "sleep number" beds. I was in town for a weekend of baseball and I couldn't have asked for a better location. Also, there are many little taverns and restaurants within walking distance.

Our stay at the Radisson was nice. Friendly service and a decent room. Great location. Baseball stadium and Q Arena were right across the street. R & R Hall of Fame, Football stadium and science center were an easy 15 min walk away. Plenty of places to eat/drink on the same block and just around the corner. Flannery's Irish pub was good. Local Heroes bar had lots of tv's and good beer selection. A few notes: Valet Parking is $18/night (the other options were not much cheaper) and there is no free breakfast ($9 for the buffet).

We had a great stay in this hotel. It was our 2nd time, and we had a junior suite. The room was large and very comfortable, and the location is great.

The hotel room was great (clean, comfortable, small refrigerator, hide-away TV, ironing board, etc.), and it was located only two minutes away from where we were going, which made it even better! The clerks were very nice and we really enjoyed our stay there!

The lobby was clean and location. Good location to arena old building and renovated small rooms.

This is the second time we used this hotel, it is straight across from Quicken Loan Arena, and on the same street are some very good restaurants, we have a great time and the area is very clean.

Location was great for local restaurants and attractions. Walking distance to most of downtown sites! Valet parking was expensive at $18/day, and there was convenient city parking next door for $5/day! Great location for all of Cleveland's downtown sites and restaurants. Affordable parking was ample if you were adventurous, willing to work for a deal and walk a block.

The Radisson is a great place to stay! We were there for the Indians last game of the season, and could see the stadium from our room! The front desk lady also works for Jacob?s Field, and gave us information about the stadium, and places of interest in Cleveland. Jacob?s field & Q Arena are literally across the street from the hotel. The Winking Lizard (next to the Radisson) is an Awesome Hangout. The Radisson's Sleep Number beds were to die for. We were thrilled with our trip to Cleveland, and absolutely amazed by the friendliness of the entire city.

The Radisson Cleveland Hotel was a great place to stay. The room was large and very comfortable complete with sleep comfort beds. I appreciated the small refrigerator and bottled water. It was close to Jacobs Field and easy walking distance to the lake front and the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. One thing it would have been nice to know was that there was a lot of street construction being done and it was a bit hard to find. Another thing was the fact that parking was an extra charge. The dining area needs to be a bit larger and the coffee needs to be stronger (though that may be my personal feeling 'cause I'm a Peet's drinker). Over all a very pleasant stay.

Great downtown location. Cleanliness could have been better - I found mold in a drawer.

This hotel has NO guest parking. Unless one attempts to park on the street, one must pay 18/day additional for valet parking. I was not aware of this when booking and would not stay there again

We liked the staff. All were courteous and very helpful. Restaurant waitress was very nice. Overall, all were great.

The sleep number beds were very comfortable. The towels were a bit ragged, and not presented so nicely. For the price I paid, it's hard to complain. The valet parking was provided professionally by the hotel, but with the rate of $18 plus tips coming and going. The wireless internet worked great, and the room was very comfortable. The resistance machines in the fitness room did not work well, but the treadmill was fine. The night clerk was friendly, but not the one in the morning, just doing her basic job with no interest in friendly interaction. The refrigerator is nice to have in the room.

I made my reservation online and what the hotel advertises is what it is. The pictures online are accurate unlike most hotels. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The staff are friendly the hotel is quiet I had a lovely stay and will be back soon.

It was a great location you could walk anywhere! Tiny rooms and the walls are paper thin, you could hear everything!

"I stayed at this hotel for a weekend conference at the Q. I found an ""unidentified"" hair on one of the bed pillows and tiny bugs on the wall and ceiling. Since I am local, I decided to leave vs. room spray/smoking room, but car was stuck in valet overnight - due to city events. No charge, however, no care beyond either."

It was close to other restaurants. The restaurant was closed.

TV remote would not work (ie no movies!) AC unit VERY noisy; curtains would not close; bullet hole in window

The sleep number bed was so comfy and the free wireless internet.
