Clean, elegant and friendly staff. Small pool and used too much chlorine. Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff.

Good location, free parking, nice sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Restaurant and service awful. Front desk helpful.

Our room was nothing like the picture online. We chose this hotel because the picture shows nice, clean, cushy comforters on the beds, but the beds had the usual hotel bedspreads. The room had a strange odor, but appeared to be clean. The sofa was very worn and the window was cloudy/fogged over, but it was nice to have a window that opened (no screen though). Beds are small (double beds), so you better like the person you're sleeping next to.

This was a very enjoyable stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and rather large!! This hotel was located right off the highway with resonable family oriented restaurants within walking distance and a mall across the highway. The front desk was very helpful and kind. The only problem we had was reserving a room through the web. There was no place to reserve queens or a king sized beds. We called immediately after placing the order online and the front desk reserved a king sized bed for us. But when we arrived we had 2 queens. They were very nice sized but we wanted a King! We called the front desk and immediately they appologized and placed us in a King room.

Sleep number bed, very comfortable, clean, very nice. No coffee at front desk. All staff were very professional and friendly to us. They gave us hints on driving to con center without traffic. We felt very safe.

I've stayed at the Radisson "Airport" 4 times. I only stay there because it's close to just about everything and I try to spend an absolute minimum of time in my room. The rooms are dark and a little musty. Plus, the average rooms are seriously in need a remodeling!! Heck, a coat of paint would do wonders!! The towel rack fell off the wall!! My room air conditioner fan was not working properly. The Radissons claim to fame is the "Sleep Number Beds". Trust me, this is NOT something needed or wanted! I found the sleep number bed was like sleeping on an air mattress! The swimming pool and the whirlpool spa were in bad shape. ... both needed cleaning (brown algae) you can see on the bottom, I always check the pool daily and I guess, other gusts feel the same way. They and I won't swim in the pool. The good news is the staff is extremely friendly. The Radisson restaurant has good food. You can walk to 4 restaurants! Plus, the Great Northern shopping center is right across the street. If you are a shopper ... the Great Northern shopping center is the place for you.

When we checked in I asked for more towels. When we got to our room, we noticed that it said no smoking on the door. So I tried to call the front desk, but the phone wasn't working. We has to find the phone that was "in hinding" on the floor. The front desk told us that they were sold out and there was nothing they could do for us. And one of the reasons we got that hotel is because they had sleep number beds. Well guess what?! The bed wasnt working! And it took them 2 hours to bring us extra towels. We went down to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. There was only 6 tables of people and 2 waitresses. And it took them 25 minutes just to bring us water. We were there an hour before we even got our dinner salads. They took our nice quiet night and made it very bad.

It is a nice hotel, easily equal to if not better than most of the fancier hotels you'll see downtown in Cleveland. Large clean rooms, good amenities, and a pleasant staff were the first things that come to mind.

Staff, pool hrs, extended check out, dog friendly. Fitness room,TV In room. The roomsI believe are easily 3.5 stars, not 3. Staff nice and friendly. The do all they can to meet your satisfaction.

Nice big pillows. Garbage wasn't emptied, dirty plates on floor in hallway. It was pretty nice.

Sleep, bed broken, stuck on firmest setting. Also room was right above dumpsters and the smell came through the vents. Aesthetically pleasing, conveniently located, and recent updates. My particular room left much to be desired. I was on the 2nd floor, and my balcony literally was 10 feet above the smelly dumpsters. When I turned the wall mounted AC on, the smell of the dumpsters filled the room. Also, the magic sleep number bed is a novel idea, but no so comfortable when yours is broken and stuck on the firmest setting. The desk clerk refused to move me to another room which really infuriated me.

Offered a shuttle to the airport. Shuttle stopped at 11 pm and my flight didn't land till 11:30. I was happy with what I got considering the priceI paid.

Nice accommodations, friendly staff. Lack of refrigerator in room.

Free use of computer with internet access. Shuttle to and from airport was a major plus and the driver was pretty much ready whenever I wanted to go.

Great airport parking/shuttle. Nothing. Great hotel for staying a night before flying out the next morning.
