To expensive for what it is.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wanted adjoining rooms but didn't get them and our air conditioner didn't work. Also didn't like that the pool had a separate outside entrance. Very clean though, and the location was fine. They have sleep number beds which are much different than ordinary beds - they were not the most comfortable.

Location. Food service & food quality severely lacking.

While the Radisson Conference centre in Canmore, AB does have newer building that has nice decor, comfortable beds and nice rooms beware of the old, separate part of the hotel complex which is often promoted as having "private" entrances. The older, separate building rooms are in need of renovation, are noisy because of their location next to the freeway and have paper thin walls so you will hear everything in the next room. To top it off there was no hot water for the shower during our brief stay. Definately not worth the money when there are many other options in Canmore for skiing holidays. If you do stay at the Radisson spend the extra few dollars and insist on staying in the newer main building.

Great place to stay- very clean, easy access (with a car) to freeway and about 1 mile to main Street. Staff was very helpful and always attentive. Brunch was good, but tended to get stale after 9am. The indoor pool and spa are in a near by building (short 30 steps) and were a great hit with my teens and adults- especially after a full day hiking. Best bett if you are looking to hit Banff (15 min) or Lake Luoise (45 min). I don't ususlly stay put very long, but this time we exstended our stay 2 day.

It just felt upscale and classy to be in while being family friendly too. One staff member unable to answer my questions about restaurants and facilities.

Hotel is very clean and modern. The "Sleep Number" beds are amazing and VERY comfortable. Price is a bit high for what you get, but then again is reasonable in this area of Alberta. Originally booked in for one night, however at 11 p.m. on the first night, we decided to stay another night, and contacted the front desk immediately to arrange this. At around 12 noon the next day, I was relaxing and watching t.v. while my significant other was doing her hair, and suddenly a lady (hotel staff member) entered the room without warning (the "do not disturb" sign was on the door), came in and looked at us, then left without a word. I opened the door and watched her go across the hall and use the phone. The next minute I received a call from a front desk clerk stating "we are wondering if you are planning on leaving anytime soon". I stated that we had already arranged to stay another night, at which point the clerk stated that "the hotel was not aware of this". That night, I spoke to the front desk clerk who had taken my call the night prior, and she confirmed that she in fact remember us calling, and that she had entered our request into the system at that time. As compensation, the hotel bought us breakfast the next morning. The hotel kept their guarantee that "If you are not satisfied with something, please let us know and we will make it right, or you won't pay". Overall a good stay.

We chose this hotel for the location. The check-in and check-out process went smoothly, but that doesn't compensate for the poor repairs, or the noise. This is a wood frame building, and the noise from the room above us was shocking. There was also a large generator outside that went all night long. Avoid this hotel.

Free internet access/parking. Pricey, unclean carpets and restaurant Some of the rooms have a great view of the mountains. The rooms are comfortable, but the bathroom is too small. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I was booked into a 'Lodge Room' and this is by far, the dirtiest hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Housekeeping staff were friendly but did nothing to improve the cleaniliness of the room! It had not been dusted nor vacuumed in a verrrry long time and when this was pointed out, nothing changed! I believe I was in the lowest class of room in this hotel but it was still * per night and I do expect a room to be clean, no mattter the price!

Front desk agent welcoming, room fresh, everyone was pleasant, server in restaurant very attentive. This hotel is very pleasant, run with care and met my every need. I do hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very clean. Walking outside to pool. Nice clean hotel, lots of lobby space with chairs perfect for visiting family outside of your room.

Good location, friendly staff, price and free coffee. Rooms were small, bathrooms were very small, carpets were not clean, no great appeal overall, no free breakfast. The rooms are small and bathrooms are very small. No heater in the bathrooms. Carpets were not clean. No great appeal inside or outside the room. There is a namesake play area for kids. Overall I am not happy with the room. I will not rate these hotel 3 stars. 2 stars is more appropriate. Location is great; there is a good view from the hotel. The lady at the front desk was really helpful in explaining things to see/do there.

Location and free WiFi. Maintenance is sorely lacking. Clean up, paint up, fix up. Poor room lighting. Business center needs to be open more often. This used to be a nicer hotel. It's not the worst place but going downhill due to neglect: stains on carpets, marks on wall, frayed furniture, damaged woodwork, grout and caulking deteriorated in the bathrooms, etc. All of this could be fixed if the management and staff were diligent. Rooms not very soundproof. Business center open limited hours. Poor room lighting in the room. This is another hotel that will have significant maintenance problems because of the failure to address them earlier.

Enough space to park car. 20 words is not enough, will not stay at Radisson again. Main building looks old, staff apparently not interested. Got a room at a separate building, motel like. Cramped room, dirty and old. Air condition did not work. Terrible experience.

Friendly staff. Dirty room carpet, small room. Decent location, friendly staff but would not stay again due to the room conditions.
