I had reserved a room with a King size bed and ended up with a room with 2 full size beds. The bathroom was small and the door to the bathroom barely cleared the toilet. The hallways leading to the rooms was HOT. I would not stay at this hotel again. There was also no complimentary breakfast. Other less expensive hotels in Branson had complimentary breakfast and also had microfridge and microwave

Rooms not cleaned adequately. The first night there my children found a bandied in the bed andstains on the sheets. The sheets had not been changed since the last patron. Another day, the cleaning crew did not clean our room. No new towels, sheets, etc. I was very disappointed with the cleanliness.

Hotel front desk very friendly and helpful as was concierge. On 2nd night got in and our keys would not work. Had to wait for them to send maintenaance up to replace battereies in door before we could get in. Bathroom in room was not the cleanest. Hair on floor and tub when we checked in. Was there 4 days and they do not change sheets! I thought that is why you stay at a hotel. That is why I chose a hotel instead of a condo so we could get daily maid service. Hotel in good location. No ice in machine on our floor. I doubt if I will go back to Branson. Been there done that!

It was clean, well kept, attractive and in a very convenient location.

The location was perfect. Close to a lot of the attractions. It took awhile to check in at the front desk and I was the only one in line. I think they were having computer problems. Hotel was easy to find and in a great location. Rooms were in good shape and staff was friendly. For the start rating the hotel had an overall great appeal and price.

We had 2 free nights due to a timeshare spill, so we decided to add extra nights. MISTAKE !! The first room they put us in was dumpy---We would of rested better had we slept on the floor. We stayed 1 night in that room---The next morning they gladly moved us to a brand new remodeled room. The rooms were like night & day.... I was told we would have a refrigerator in the room. NOT! I have a small baby & need to keep milk refrigerated....It took an act of congress to get one brought up... The blow dryer, full of someone elses hair...Parking was almost impossible . Thank goodness I had my husband with me. 99% of the time we had to park far far away. I wouldn't have bee comfortable walking by myself.. The pool area ??? un organized...Too small....The cantine was never open. We left 2 days early.. Did not have any problem getting our money back...

It was HOT in the hotel, like they didnt have AC anywhere. The ice machine on my floor was busted and our bathroom was tiny, the door would barely clear the stool when opened. The "2 queen beds" were actually "2 full size" which are a little smaller. I've stayed at Radisson hotels before, but this one was WEAK. Hilton by The Landing is getting by business next time!

We went out for a show on Sunday night and returned to find a plastic bag with human waste (faeces) at the door. Called the frontdesk and they sent security to pick it up. In the morning, while checking out, talked to the frontdesk about it and they really did not do anything to make us feel comfortable. No complimentary anything for a stay somewhere else or assurance that they were sympathetic etc. We were however given some Tootsie Rolls. Speechless.

We were in Branson for a long weekend. The staff was most helpful with questions we had of the area, what shows were available and their times, etc. Since the hotel sits just off the main strip, alternate routes could be taken to attractions easily. There is a miniature golf course right across the street, as well as a craft mall and the Lone Star Restaurant. The motel did not offer a continental breakfast, but a coffee maker was in the room and a Panera Bread was located a short distance away. Dairy Queen was just about half a block for a nice treat. The Sleep Number bed was quite nice since we had never had the chance to try one before. The hotel itself had a restaurant, bar and pool. (We didn't try any of them, but they looked nice.) Elevators were quick--either no waiting time or very little!

Late pool hours, late check out time. Bad parking, very crowded. Being on the 7th floor, there were long waits for elevators. Traveling with one handicap person and one smoker, it was quite a trip just getting outside. The rooms seemed small for such a big hotel, and the shower didn't drain. But all this seemed okay with the staff being extremely welcoming and friendly.

The Hotel needs updates. They were remodeling the rooms but when they rented the room to us it was very dirty and the smell was so strong you could not stay in the room. We go to Branson several times a year and this is the worst place we have tried to stay in. We checked in and checked out with in two hours. We went to the Holiday Inn Express. NOW SOME INFO ABOUT ORBITZ... I checked the price to the Holiday Inn Express with Orbitz and they listed it at 89.00 a night. "Price Assurance". I called the Holiday Inn Express and got the room for like 51.00 a night. PRICE ASSURANCE MY BUTT!!!! I saved $114.00 Plus just by calling the front desk. The sleep number beds at the Radisson were not good.

I've been to Branson before, and I've seen this hotel from afar and noticed it simply because it was so large, and looked nice. And that is where the good comments about this Raddisson stop. This hotel is simply a let down, and not worth the Radisson name, I wouldn't even label it with a Super 8 Motel name. The rooms are small, low ceilings, no bathroom locks, outdated televisions, and my room also came with some odd smell. I was extremley disappointed, and I would never stay here again nor recommend someone to this hotel. The sleep number beds were a nice plus, however contrary to the publicity, the hotel only offers one remote per bed, thus you and your partner have same ''firmness'' of the bed. Overall: Cheap hotel with an expensive price. Not worth it!

Parking was poor and overcrowded with no entrances on the sides of hotel. Canteen was closed entire time of stay. Select Comfort beds were a plus. Pool was small for size of hotel. Most average stay.....average most everything.

The rooms are nice. We go to stay right by the elevator. We didn't have sleep number beds for some reason. Some rooms are very far for the elevator so if you have little kids like we do it helped so much being so close.

It was clean and close to what we wanted to do in Branson. No refridgerator.
