Went to the city for July 4th Fireworks. The concierge gave all info and brochures at the time of check in along with their recommendation on times etc.

I liked the location and the balconies and the staff. I did not like the sleep number bed.

We stayed at the Radisson on Stuart Street this week. We found the location ideally situated for our needs. We were able to walk to Faneuil Hall Market Place - it's several blocks but not a bad walk through Boston Commons, and also to The Prudential Center (again, several blocks but not a bad walk). It's also near a subway stop on the Green Line, which is convenient. There are several restaurants located nearby (including Legal Seafood which was great). The hotel doesn't have a gift shop but there's a 7-11 quick mart located a block away. We would highly recommend this hotel, and would certainly stay there again.

A group of us travelled to Boston to see the Red Sox play. The hotel was wonderful, convenient, clean, friendly staff. An excellent choice for the price. Will recommend and stay again.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. The bed were very comfortable. They have Select Comfort Sleep Number beds; which is what I have at home. They sleep great! This hotel is located within walking distance of many landmarks and activities. Plus, the subway is close by, and the Gray Line Trolley picks up right outside of the hotel. Very convenient.

The sleep number bed was extremely comfortable. The location was superb for our needs. The extra $39 for parking our car was disappointing. The location was great if you're going to Boston for any type of play. The restaurants were superb. The rooms were very clean and the lines quite comfortable. The sleep number bed was wonderful!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in March.The room was huge and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and shower was very roomy.We were given room on the 20th floor.Fantastic view.Elevators were the fastest we have been on.The staff that we encountered were all friendly.The hotel is in the theatre district and we went to see the Blue man group at the Charles theatre around the corner.Also from this location we walked to Faneuil hall(1.1 miles),Boston aquarium(1.2 miles),ThePrudential Center(.9 miles),and Fenway park(1.7 miles).Boston common is around the corner.Fantastic mixture of historic buildings and modern architecture can be seen within a short walk from this hotel and the wife can shop till she drops.Many,many restaurants in the area.We are planning to stay here again this summer.

I had the greatest time in Boston partly because of the great location of this hotel. It is a 5 minute walk to the Boston Common subway station (Boylston) and from there you are only minutes away from where ever you may want to be. The rooms were clean and in good shape, the bed was super comfortable, and from the 17th floor we got a georgeous view of the finiancial district's buildings. There were also many bars, theatres (it is right in the theatre district), restaurants, and even lots of fastfoods just next door. If you are on a budget this place is perfect. We even took the subway back to the Airport.

Our son was getting married and we had several rooms for the occasion. It was in a great location, walking distance to most things, and the rooms were clean and large. Unfortunately, there was drilling each day between 8 and 5 in the garage next door.

Problem with the elevators in this hotel! It could seem like a detail, but it is not normal to wait 5 minutes to get an elevator.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very comfortable and clean - loved the pillows! I was bummed that the fitness room was not open due to renovation but it will be there for my next trip. It was very cold when I stayed there so I was happy to that the two onsite restaurants were very good. I had some difficulty connecting to the internet but the tech support was very patient and helpful.

We didn't really get a chance to check everything out at the hotel, like the pool and restaurants, etc., but the room was awesome, and the service was very good. The location was perfect. I couldn't have picked a better place to say!

This hotel was clean, terrifically located in Boston - only a block from the Commons - and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Didn't use the pool or fitness room but had a view of them from our room and they looked really nice. Parking was expensive - $34.00 a nite - but to be expected in a big city. Within walking distance of everything- historical sites, shopping, theater, dining, great neighborhoods, Quincy Market, the harborfront...Only used the subway once to go to Cambridge.

Okay location. Unpleasant staff. My girlfriend and I are use to staying at the Hilton located 2 blocks away and this hotel did not compare. For starters, we booked a room with a king size bed and got a room with two queens. We called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do, but they would give us complimentary parking ($34) because of it. I said okay. The next morning a bill for the parking was under my door so when checking out I mentioned that I was suppose to have complimentary parking and they were oblivious to the fact. I had to argue with the service desk that I asked for a king, was given two queens and someone said they would scratch the parking for us. It was very annoying and I will not go back to the Radison. There was no flat screen TV like most other hotels now.

We stayed at this hotel in Boston for business. We had a good stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Each room had a balcony with spectacular views of the city, day and night. There were sleep number beds in every room, making sleeping very enjoyable. I had an issue with my sink and maintenance came right up. There were other travelers I was with who were on the other side of the building though and their balcony's were looking at construction, which I agree is un-avoidable. One of the best parts of this hotel was the location! Close to everything. If you are a walker you can even walk to Fenway! There were at least 10 restaurant that could be seen from the front entrance. We had dinner one night at The Rustic Kitchen which was right downstairs. Great atmosphere and good food. The also had a conference here. The conference room was nice, slightly dated. However, there was continental breakfast and coffee and snacks served all day and I thought they did a wonderful job. We had some very tasty chocolate covered strawberries on one day! Overall this was a good experience. The pool was nice and clean and there was a small fittness area. Slightly small bathroom in some rooms but overall good size and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet access in the room or in the lobby! Would deffinately stay here again!

The Concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. It was my birthday so my boyfriend worked with the conceirge to have flowers, strawberries and champagne set up in the room when we arrived...they pulled it off beautifully. The hotel is very clean and you need your key room to use the elevators after hours which is a secure feeling. The maids cleaned our room every day without any incidents and the sleep number beds are to die for!! The location is absolutely wonderful as you are close to all the public transportation that you need to get around the city and sight see. We would suggest taking the trolley to all the stops if you have the time. It is a wonderful experience and a beautiful city and we will surely be returning.

I was sent here for a conference in mid-September 2008. I stayed 3 nights in a standard room with two queen beds. I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. There are sleep number beds, and I would say that was one of the highlights of my trip. There is a balcony on every room. The view was fantastic during the day and the night, great to watch the sun rise over the city. However, I had friends on the other side of the building who when standing on their balcony was looking at construction, which I suppose is un-avoidable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. There were fresh flowers in the lobby every day. The pool was nice with outside seating and a small fitness center is joined to it. The staff was helpful, however not over the top. The conference I went to was also in this hotel and they did a fantastic job with the food and drinks. One of the best features and likely the reason for the high price was the location of this Radisson. It is in such a great spot to experience Boston. When you walk out of the front door I would say there are 20 places to eat within a five minute walk. We enjoyed the Rustic Kitchen which is downstairs adjoined to the hotel. Even though a bit pricey this is a great hotel to stay!!
