We had a great experience at the Radisson. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff response to the one little problem we had was superb, especially considering it was Thanksgiving day. There were two people at our room within two minutes of my call! The hotel was five minutes from the relatives we were visiting, and was easily reachable from all highways and main roads. We'll be back before the end of the year. Exceptionally good experience!

Superior Priceline price and a very good hotel overall. No gift shop, nothing within walking distance. Very nice, relaxed atmosphere. Great restaurant.

It's always clean and quiet. Conveniently located. The pool could be a little warmer. It was in the 60s outside and they had theAC on in the pool area.

The hotel is clean, has good services ie restaurant, cafe, plenty of parking, and nicely decorated. I generally don't like hotels with indoor pools because they tend to make the hall ways smell like chlorine. This hotel is a great place to stay if you must be in Bloomfield Hills. The staff is friendly and attentive. The rooms are always clean. I have stayed in this hotel many times and all the services are consistent. I have never been disappointed. The exercise room is available 24 hours a day and has good equipment.

Location. The public hot tub was very slimy with a green algae slippery growth on the bottom of floor. Hotel was fine other than the slime on the bottom of the hot tub. Simple solution of algae remover can cure this with a little scrub brush.

Other than the outside appearance, the hotel was very nice. Very courteous and polite staff, nice swimming pool and hot tub area, lobby area was very cozy and the fitness area was decent.

The location was nice. The nite staff Well, I was awaken at 3 in the morning. The fire alarm in the room went off. I went to the front desk and no one was their to help. I had to wait 15 min until some one arrived. Then he went into our room and had to take the alarm apart. He said enjoy your nite.

The beds. Bathroom was very dirty. Hotel ok but no reason for bathroom to have have hair all over and shower to have hair remenents from shaving.

Bed had controls & comfy feather comforters & pillows. No breakfast included, but otherwise hard to beat. Good cozy choice if you are visiting Cranbrook, Birmingham, Troy and other sights north of Detroit; woodsy setting away from congestion yet convenient to Woodward Corridor, accessible to freeways so not hard to get to from Detroit Metro airport either. Pool & Jacuzzi were great, 8am-10pm. Guest services room had computers.

The bed had a sleep number mattress. The room was exceptionally small--the smallest I have ever seen in that class hotel.
