Location. Jacuzzi was closed, no sleep number bed, high pet fee. Radison advertises sleep number beds. After a long day of driving, was looking forward to a nice bed. Was informed that, sorry, not for us. The jacuzzi was closed. They advertise that pets are permitted, but $20,00 is a steep price to pay. When asked about the beds, change of room, jacuzzi, pet policy, the staff looked at us like we were stupid.

I stayed her a month month ago, the location is bad due to proximity of train tracks and loud whistles blowing throughout the night. My room was tiny, no room move was offered, (they told me later there were 4 bad rooms in the hotel and I lost the lottery that night), there were no sheets on my bed and the desk staff did not seem to care, it was onlty the night porter who found a pair of sheets for me. I checked out early went to the Hampton Inn, infinately superior. Strong recommendation do not stay at this hotel. I have posted this previously and travelocity chose not to post it, shame on them!

Wonderful place to stay as far as staff, cleanliness, comfort. The hotel is way too close to the train tracks and you can hear the trains alllllllllllllllll night long blowing their horns. Not sure if the windows are double paned but I did not sleep at all because I am not from the mid west so I am not used to the constant noise. The trains stopped running in my hometown 20 years ago.

Very clean with a large bathroom, very large. The beds were very comfortable as well as the pillows.

Travel agency was very disappointing to work with. Had major problems at check in and will never stay again if the same person is working at that time

Nice lobby. It is a old hotel and some part of the bathroom were needs some maintenance. Overall is a good hotel. Parking lot access to hotel lobby is not well signed.

The hotel was clean and quiet. Very nice place to stay. Iwas very disappointed that the pool was closed for renovations. We has small child and this was the reason we picked the hotel. Nice hotel but unfortunate the pool was not available and no accommodations for this was suggested. We had 7 year old and had nothing for him to do in evenings complained but nothing was done regarding situation.Very disappointed.

Clean and comfortable. Felt unsafe when confronted by a stranger in the enclosed space near the elevator for the parking garage.

The room was nice, we liked finding our sleep number. Service at check in was poor. Once able to check in, the accommodations are good.

Secure parking facility. Found stuff under beds. I recommend you do a thorough check of the room to be sure it has been cleaned (I'm talking under the bed & everything).

Location was OK. Room was dirty and there were stains on furniture.

Free internet access; and generous breakfast. Very dated decor; small rooms; tiny bathrooms; not very accommodating. In all my years, I've never been stuck in such a small room - and with a single bed. When I called to ask for a double, they required me to pay for an upgrade (even checking in at 10 pm). Once I spoke to the hotel manager, they were a bit more accommodating, but it was a frustrating experience. Even once we found a double, the decor is very dated and the bathrooms were tiny and uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean and friendly staff even with a screaming 2 year old. The rooms are small, the pool is dated and needs work. We enjoyed the time we were there. We ended up checking out at midnight because my son was being a 2 year old. Everything was clean, however the pool needs to be updated, there is no bathroom in the pool area, and it would be nice to have an elevator that connect directly to the hotel from the parking rather than having to change elevators.

Check in/check out was prompt. Room cleanliness was terrible and the room was noisy. I was very unhappy with the quality of our room. It did not even come close to my expectations for the Radisson.

Nothing. It was moldy and dirty. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone for any reason. The rooms was the smallest I have ever had on any trip and it smelled awful. It had mold in the bathroom and the paint was peeling off of the ceiling.

Attractive hotel and very clean. Beds. The hotel had excellent customer service. I called to let them know that I would be arriving very late and they had my key ready to go for me at check in. I was in my room and asleep in less than five minutes. The only downside to my stay was the sleep number bed. At first I was excited to try it out but it ended up being horribly uncomfortable.

It was close to our concert. The ice machines were broken on our floor but overall it was good. The hotel was nice and close to shopping and entertainment.

Cleanliness. The bed was harder than the floor. The bed was so hard we both had horrible back aches the next day also a room around us decided to party ALL NIGHT. I called down to complain finally at 4:30 a.m but nothing was done so at 6 am I got dressed and went down to the desk in person to complain the noise finally stopped, but I paid for absolutely no sleep when I had to drive 700 miles to Denver the next day and a back-ache, not happy!
