I was in the VA, DC, MD area for a Family/Friends Reunion. The hotel where the events were being held were a short 15 minute drive. The hotel only has one restaurant. It has a nice bar and in the mornings there is a $13 dollar breakfast all you can eat buffet 'til 10:30 a.m. Also half a block away there were three restaurants to choose from: a Chilis, a Legal Sea Food, and some sort of small buffet place. Lastly, a mile away there is (right on Jeff. Davis Highway; heading to 23rd st.) there was an IHOP and Don Pancho; a Mexican (chain) restaurant.

Location. Beds were awful, room too small for two double beds, need refurbishing. Very convenient location to DC and environs. Very close to Metro, shopping, eating. But rooms are dated, not especially clean. Towels are a little threadbare (like entire hotel). Staff is friendly but sometimes has trouble communicating. If location is everything, and you get a very good deal on the price of hotel, this is a good choice. Otherwise, look elsewhere, you can do much better.

The hotel is a five minute drive from the historic monuments in D.C. While I was there I toured the city. I had an excellent time.

Great experience. Very nice and extremely convenient to the DC metro. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great and very fast.

Meeting friends from college, I spent most of my time in the beltway. The hotel is closer to the Crystal City Metro which is good but you might want to stop at Pentagon City for food before heading home since there's not much by the hotel. Good trip overall. Staff friendly. Parking is $20 a night so beware.

Friendly, knowledgeable front desk staff. Clean and well lit. Hotel was clean and well lit. Hotel rooms had a microwave and refrigerator which is always a plus when traveling. Front desk staff was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Job hunt and sight seeing. Hard to find if you are driving to. Better off flying into DC and then taking shuttle.

The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of restaurants and Metro, and a quick drive to National Airport. The staff were very courteous and professional. The room had an unpleasant smell, but otherwise it was nice. I would describe the parking situation as draconian. We parked my car for only a few minutes in one of the check-in spaces, and when we came back there was a "you are going to be towed" notice on the windshield. Then there are no signs informing you that you have to check in before entering the parking garage, so we saw several cars have to back out. The garage is also poorly designed for travelers because you have to carry your luggage up a flight of stairs before you get to an elevator.

1st night, no remote control for TV. checked in 8:30. Did not get one till midnight. Then smoke detector was chirping. They took the whole thing off instead of replacing batteries. third night AC broke. they did not believe me, but when they saw it was true gave me keys to floor below me. I had to move all of my baggage in my PJs with no help after room temp was up to 78. was sweating. I did not have a good night sleep in all three nights there.one night there was a field trip of teenagers runing up and down hall. i was in middle of their rooms. i was a business traveler. staff always asked "are you sure?" when I called with my issues of a.c, remote or a.c as if i was uneducated. Dined in restaurant and it took 1/2 hour for meal to arrive. This is not a cheap motel, so service should be better.

I was in town to attend a funeral. There was no restaurant available in the hotel and I bought food at the CVS pharmacy one block away from the hotel. It was pouring rain and cold and I approached the front desk to see if there was an umbrella or shuttle available. No one responded. The staff looked up and ignored my question. Another guest heard by question and offered me her umbrella which I accepted and walked to the pharmacy. The sleep number bed they are so proud of was so uncomfortable at any setting, I slept in the wing back chair and leaned over the bed with pillows to rest my head on. I was sore and tired for the funeral the next day. One good thing, I was allowed to go to my room at noon instead of being forced to wait until the 3 p.m. check in time. I truly appreciated that. This was my first trip booked by Cheap Ticket and I wasn't that impressed with the service at the Radison in Crystal City.

The staff were really nice and friendly. Nothing. The people at the front desk were very courteous and helpful. The wait staff in the restaurant were also. I felt very comfortable in all aspects of my stay. The hotel was clean and my room was quiet and clean.

This Radisson is convenient to Reagan National and the Metroat Crystal City. Plenty of restuarants nearby but the dining room is reasonably priced with very good food. Service is excellent.

It was walking distance to the rail station. They charge $20 a day for parking. We were very happy we were only staying for one night.
