Upon arrival staff did not encode the room key card and had to go back to the lobby to correct the problem. Room key continously demagnetized. Breakfast buffet was ok, eggs were dry and did not taste right. I suggest finding another location for breakfast.

I didn't like how the pool was outside when I was there in the winter time. Its not a fun time when you can't swim or exerceise in the pool.

This hotel was great with clean rooms, great service and a wonderful (but kind of small) pool. The location is great. It is quite close to Downtown Salt Lake City and is very close to KSLC, or Salt Lake City International Airport. Hotel is great; highly recommend it.

Good bed, large room. Bathroom needed remodeling. Very convenient location to airport. The lobby is great and free drinks were served from 5-7 pm. The room decor is somewhat circus-like, with a red striped carpet. Sleep Number bed was a real plus. The room had been redecorated but the bathroom hadn't been worked on, with old tile with gaps, old wallpaper. A good deal with Priceline pricing.

this hotel had a nice happy hour. The spa was great after skiing and the room was very comfortable. The shuttle driver was very helpful and took me to the airport at 5:30 am. Overall this was a great place to stay before an early morning flight in Salt lake City.

Location to airport. Dirty, dimly lit room and parking garage, room temp unit broken. Room temp was stuck on 75 and wouldn't adjust. They only good aspect was room service breakfast. I felt like I was staying at an Econo Logde! Won't stay again.

While the hotel graciously accommodated an early check-in, the staff was poorly trained which caused the manager to intervene. Unfortunately he was very condescending and unprofessional to his new front desk person and, hence, to us. I was more disappointed at his behavior than that of the new employee. He ultimately made an error on our check-in causing us to be locked out of our room after one night, when we were styaing for two. The hotel restaurant & housekeeping staff were delightful and pleasant. Appreciated the close-ish proximity to town, complimentary hotel parking and online access & printing.

The sleep number beds. The thermostat would not turn off the room was really hot. Beautiful room, very comfortable beds, friendly staff. The restaurant/room service was very expensive and the food was not very good.

When we went to the dining room for breakfast, the front desk clerk had to locate the wait person for the dining room. She told us to take a seat, then we waited for several minutes before anyone came to the dining room.

Outdated decor. This Radisson looks cozy and inviting from the road. During check-in, the desk agent was very friendly. We had no problems with our room keys. The room was on the 3rd floor and featured a skylight that allowed the room to be very bright and sunny. The bed was up a flight of stairs over the bathroom, which was a nice effect. The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The hotel is in the process of renovating rooms, and I would imagine that they will be removing the 1970's era wood trim and 1980's color scheme. None of the furniture was worn, only the wallpaper and fabrics were outdated. I would recommend this hotel.

Hello, I was not satisfied with room comfort, noisy central air - constant humming,doors slamming at 3:30 am. caused me to sleep very little.

The pool was closed the hot tub was not kept up and the hotel was nothing like we thought it was going to be for that price and we asked to be transferred to the downtown Radisson and were told we could not
