Mold smell on 2nd floor. High school football team made noise most of the night.

My son and I had a very difficult time getting to our destination (stuck in Detroit for 24 hours) and it was very nice to see friendly faces upon our arrival. Room was so much better than I expected including duvets on the beds. My son quickly cleaned up and he was off to RIT for his introduction weekend. I was left to find something to do. I went to bar and had a drink. Went to hotel's restaurant and had a big meal for a very reasonable price. We ended up eating another dinner and breakfast there as well. Only complaint was girl's soccer team staying on same floor and always seemed to be going in and out of each's other's room and slamming door. Housekeeping was very polite and room looked great each day upon our return. Having the hotel on the RIT campus was very convenient. I only ended up putting 20 miles on the rental car. Upon our checkout, the front desk staff asked my son if he liked RIT, which he did. If he's accepted to RIT, I foresee several stays for us when we visit

Nice place and area just a little update make this place excellent. Walk with the socks in lobby and it turns black. Very niceI enjoyed the place, especially like the staff and very thankful to the front desk mangers.

stayed on 2 different nites, one nite had a comfortable bed, the other was a smaller room than expected and only a double bed for 2.

Spacious rooms. Lot of complaining customers around. Nice place to stay. Internet worked fine and beds were comfortable. Overall location is nice and not to far from important places around Rochester.

It was nice and clean when we got there and for the first few days then they didn't clean are rooms very well,or leave fresh towels. They said they had a gym but when we got there it wasn't in service.

The convience to everything this hotel seemed to be a central location for many things. I had to check out early, and the man that was their was not the friendliest. Overall,it was a very pleasant experience the housekeeping staff I felt went beyond their duty rooms were roomy and clean.

The beds were sleep number beds, and really comfortable. The housekeeping staff knocking on the doors starting at 8am. Not only was the room comfortable and clean, but the hotel staff was wonderful. I checked in very late at night, they were amazing our check in was a breeze, the hotel staff member was friendly and very helpful, even for 1am. I'll definitely go back to this hotel.

The staff went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms were kind of small, especially the bathroom. The hotel was clean and comfortable but the sleep number beds were fantastic, the staff was professional, friendly and very accommodating.

Felt like a 4 star hotel for 3 star price! My husband and I were very pleased with this hotel. We usually stay at 4 star hotels, but this area only had 3 star hotels available. We were very happy and would stay here again.

Convenient location, good restaurant. Less then impeccable in terms of cleanliness. This second stay was an add on to the first. After getting in very late, discovered our room hadn't been cleaned and we had to move to another. This was a great inconvenience and the only reason we extended another night was so we didn't have to do anything after a busy day.

Location was great, everything you could need inside. Lack of cleanliness, gum stuck to the sleep number bed remote, overflowed coffee stuck to the tray, dirty caps on the glasses. It's a nice place, but the cleanliness is suspect. No toilet paper, stuck gum, sticky mugs, dirty caps on the glasses, someone over ran the coffee pot and when I went to pick up a bag of coffee to brew, it was stuck to the tray by a large amount of dried up very sticky coffee.

The bed, and linens were first class! Pool was closed because the heating element was broken. Very nice amenities especially the Sleep Comfort bed which was fabulous. The water pressure in the shower was excellent (even using a water saving head). Thick walls means more privacy, and much less noise from adjoining rooms.

It was a great place to stay with friendly people and a great location. The heater in the pool was not working so it was very cold. The hotel was great, with very friendly staff and clean safe rooms.
