Great breakfast buffet andupgraded our room for free. Not as close to airport as I would have liked. Would stay here again.

We had a bad experience in our one night staying in this hotel. We had 2 adjoining rooms. The shower in one bathroom could barely be pulled on without pulling the bathtub spigot out of the wall. There was debris from prior guests under one bed (yuck!!) Worst of all, the TV cabinet would not stay open and kept swinging shut. As I was trying to set up a cot in the room, the cabinet hit my arm and the whole cabinet door came off and hit me in the head and arm, causing a very deep bruise. The tacks holding the door to the cabinet were only 1/4 inch long! I hope noone else gets hurt at this scary hotel.

Super-comfy bed, very nice linens. Staff was helpful and professional/courteous at all times. The limo service to/from airport runs every 20 minutes - very convenient. Staff provided pre-printed directions to return rental car, and even included gas station on the way for fill-up if needed. We stayed in 5 different hotels during our Grand Canyon vacation, and this one was the most comfortable.

We arrived on a late flight and the location was perfect to spend the night to get an early start in the AM.

We were in town one night to see the Maverick vs Suns game. The room was large with a huge work area. Free internet was great. We had a bed where you could adjust the firmness on each side, but we were too tired to try and figure out how it worked. Free CLOSE parking was great. Check-in personel were very pleasant. Convenient to downtown and the airport. Overall this was one of the nicer hotels we've stayed in lately.

We have stayed at this hotel before, so that is why we chose it for our stay again. The service was very good, the room comfortable. Glad that the hotel is now completely smoke free. The shuttle service to and from the airport, especially from, was very good - driver was very courteous and even had cold bottles of water for us. The restaurant had a good variety of selections, and our meal was very satisfactory. We will use this hotel again.

I couldn't believe how nice this airport hotel was. I was so tired at the end of my trip and was just looking forward to flying home the next morning. I had never stayed at a Radisson before and much to my surprise, my room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. I ordered room service and my dinner was fantastic! The people who worked there were curtious, friendly and couldn't do enough for their customers. I was VERY impressed!

I needed a place to stay overnight since I had a late flight into Phoenix and had to drive to Tucson. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Front desk helped with all concerns, he was great. The pool chairs are made of metal with no pads very uncomfortable. When we got there on the elevator up to the room there was a poster advertising happy hour and free snacks. We got settled in and went down for happy hour and found no free snacks. When I asked the bartender where the free snacks were he said they stopped that over a year ago. I then asked the manager why the posters were still there and he had no answer. Went to the pool and the pool chairs were made of metal and had no pads. No relaxing done on this trip. At the pool It said shower before entering, but there was no shower.

My husband and I recently stayed an overnight in Phoenix while taking in a hockey game. Everything about the hotel was great. We usually stay in fancy hotels, but were going with some friends so we went a little cheaper this time and were not disappointed at all. The service was spectacular, airport service was friendly and X at the front desk was attentive. The work area in the room was nice and the bed was comfy. The lobby was attractive and the place was clean. The breakfast buffet was an added bonus. "

My wife and I were attending a conference in Phoenix May 13-17,2009. We decided to come out early and go to Sedona and Grand Canyon and then come back to Phoenix. We needed a nice place for one night near the airport. The Radisson Airport North fit the bill. The price was right and the room with king bed was quiet and nice. The "sleep number" bed was nothing great and I'm not sure it worked properly or maybe it was me, but it slept fine. The location was near the airport although on the opposite side from the rental car pickup which is all in one big building. Our flight arrived right before sunset so negotiating thru the airport was a little disconcerting, but after a few turn arounds we got to where we needed to be. The hotel was near a Ruby Tuesday so we got a good meal before going to the hotel. We left early the next morning and getting on the interstate to go to Sedona was a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone needing a nice place near the airport for a night or if a business traveler perhaps longer. If you're looking for a resort in Phoenix you can't beat the Arizona Biltmore which is where we stayed for our conference.

I found the hotel to be extremely easy to access from the airport. I felt very safe staying here and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms come with a sleep number bed which i found to be extremely comfortable!! They also had very nice bedding. Soft pillows and nice comforters. If you are looking for a great place to stay that is still affordable you can't go wrong with this hotel!
