It was a pleasant stay. I had to pick my wife up from the airport. Dinner in the hotel was very good. The only problem i had was i clogged the toilet and when i called room service for a plunger they never brought one. When i called that morning no one ever brought one and when i went to the front desk they didn't get one for me. The staff seemed to be new to the hotel so it didn't bother me. Good hotel if you are not picky.

The sleep number beds. The airplanes flying over head all night long. The hotel would be great for business travel. Not for having a good time and being on vacation.

I needed to return a rental car. I asked for directions to National from the hotel. I received the assistance of Trena who had me follow her to National Car Rental and then waited to take me back to the hotel. Everybody at the Memphis Airport location was just as helpful and just as willing to make my stay a real pleasure. For many years I traveled as a part of my business. I have stayed at a lot of properties representing lots of brands. Raddison, Memphis Airport is certainly in the top 10 of all those experiences.

The Radisson Memphis Airport, hosted our Family Reunion last year. I thought then the rooms were clean and the food in the hotel resturant was very good and it still is today. The Staff is extremely helpful. The purpose of this trip was to visit with family and visit the grave site of where my father is buried. I chosed this hotel, because is it convenient to my family and close to the Interstate, plus the rate that I got was the best that I could find. I would recommend this hotel.

The staff got me into my room early... it was not a new hotel but was clean and very upscale but I paid for it. I did not have anything with me due to Delta cxl'ing my flight and not giving me my luggage. The staff had everything for me and when I requested something they did not have the manager (who has his desk in the lobby) went to the store bought it and brought it back to my room! What great service. If you’re looking for a quite hotel, spend 30 at the rent-a-car counter, drive 30 min into the country and pay more. If you’re looking for service that’s at the airport this is your spot. Something I thought was great was the radio that had the sounds of nature and the sleep tight kit. The kit had a mask ear plugs and a nice spray to scent your pillow.

Plane flight was cancelled. Instead of getting to Memphis at 7 PM I arrived at 1 AM - had a 6 AM flight the next morning.... United lost my luggage - its been 5 days - still lost - the trip sucked - one of my worst in 35 years of traveling!

Nothing. No security doors that locked, no hotel room clean up. We requested to have our room clean, never happened. We didn't have towels, the outlets didn't work, the pool was green, the security doors by our room near a dark parking lot never locked, no ice in the ice machine. Poor service.

My wife and I checked in (early AM - flight delay) to find hair on the bedding, unclean surfaces and nose excrement on the bathroom door. No additional pillows or linens (bed blankets or bath towels). Bathroom sink faucet wouldn't shut off. Size of room was adequate for the 2 of us. Ground transportation (limited seating passenger van) to/from airport was responsive each time of use. May encounter difficulties with more than 5 persons/luggage. Hotel is within minutes of airport terminal. Staff was friendly but not really helpful or competent, nor were they time conscious. Seemingly under-staffed for the City's signature annual event. Business center not totally functional (no printing options due to network connection) and outdated (hardware - printer and CPU). Restaurant food was filling at best. In-room telephone self serve extra features (wake-up, messaging, etc.) were non-functional. TLC and some routine changes are needed.

"I booked a room at this hotel on Online Travel Site, I used a debit card to pay and had a printed receipt from Online Travel Site stating that they had already withdrawn the money from my account to pay for the room. When I checked out, the hotel told me that they didn't bill me for the room that they would bill Online Travel Site. Upon returning home I recieved notification from my bank that the hotel did in fact bill me again. It has been 1 week and I have contacted both Online Travel Site and the Radisson and I have not gotten my money refunded yet."

The most disappointing thing was I wanted to swim, but the pool was green! Other than that it was good. Enjoyed the transportation to airport!

The staff working at the hotel's restaurant were overwhelmingly courteous - in particular the hostess who works the night shift. She was wonderful! I feel that the hotel is not paying enough attention to the grounds. It looked rundown, grass not cut or landscaped. Pool was disgusting-not open. This hotel's strengths are its staff. They all seem very intent on making the guests seem comfortable and welcome. Even offering driving directions to local sites was given their full attention. My biggest complaint is that the hotel is largely skimping on the maintenance of the greenery and grounds. There is zero effort given to landscaping, the grass, trees, etc needed trimming and clipping badly. There are signs of growing neglect on the grounds that will only get worse and make the hotel seem like a dump soon. Also, the pool was disgusting, slime and debris filled and not open. There was a wedding held there and several other events, but the guests couldn't enjoy the pool and this was a wonderful spring weekend in the month of May. Note to the owners - you're asleep at the wheel on these details. Try to do better because you have a great staff.

"You can't beat it for convenience. On the airport property, 2 minute shuttle ride. Ask for a room not on the runway side. Our room looked out on the runway and from 3AM on we heard every Fedex jet power up & depart. People who stayed in rooms on the parking lot side said they were not bothered by the noise at all. Good value and they offer a park, stay & fly rate."

The hotel was near the airport - a short walk. It was convenient, but with FedEx planes all night - hard to sleep. Plus the room was freezing though I tried to turn off the a/c. It wasn't very clean nor fresh feeling which could have been the redeeming factor (moldy shower curtain, marginally clean tub, stains on bedspread). The next morning my omelet breakfast took over 45 minutes, even when I explained I was in a hurry - This just didn't sink in with the waitress and hostess. Also, they added cheese in a pick your ingredients dish (I am allergic) but there was not time to remedy this. The hostess was gracious and kind and even deducted for the trouble. Unfortunately, she didnt understand my need to have a quick meal.

Great environment and people. Getting use to the new adjustable beds. Enjoyable stay. We will use this hotel again.

"Facility was generally very clean and front desk staff efficient and pleasant. However, room had a toilet that wouldn't stop running, a bathtub drain slow as molasses, and the bathroom door was totally missing the locking mechanism. Plus, bathroom had footprints on floor from cleaning staff."

Staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and spacious. Room service was a bit slow, but the food was good. Airport traffic can be noisy early, but quiets down after about 9:00pm. Radisson offers the Sleep Number bed, which I thought was not a good choice. Very uncomfortable.

The bed was comfortable and the staffwas pleasant. The room was nice for what is was, a place to sleep. The housekeeping was inconsistent and when calling the front desk for extra towels, we had to call twice.
