Hotel-Airport shuttle drivers are jerks! Left with shuttle half full and many people waiting! Driver shut door on one person and then started driving off with arm in the door! Location great, rooms acceptable but over priced considering the terrible service and less than clean room. Will not stay here again.

The concierge was always available and helpful. The front desk often did not answer the phone, or placed me on hold. I was very impressed overall with the hotel. There were a few problems: the television cable did not work very well and had very limited channel selection, and the front desk/valet parking had a habit of not answering the phone. But the room was comfortable and attractive and had Sleep Number beds, which were nice, although one of the beds seemed to have a slight electric malfunction. It was always spotlessly clean whenever we returned in the evenings. The hotel was close to every shop and restaurant that we needed, and directly across from the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

A little dated decor but a minor detail. Meals were great. Close to the airport and free transfers which was great. The only problem was the air con not working in our room. They did their best, but to no avail. Would be happy to stay again.

Not Bad, Typical LAX. I've stayed in most of them and would stay in this one again. The room was clean, although niether phone worked, and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the airport. A table functions unusually well as a desk with free wired internet access, telephone, lamp, and power strip. The biggest negative is Valet parking only, obligatory gratuities each time you leave, although it is very efficient. Car retrieval is quick. Bar and restaurant are very pricey.

this is a nice good hotel for a tight budget. its near LAX just 3 min away there is some problem, i though WI FI is free you have to pay for it and my room only have red telephone cable attached to my laptop it doesn't happen in other hotel and the computer at the lobby for guest is not free also you have to pay it by your credit card in able to use it and print your boarding pass. its should be free and prjnter at that time is not working its should be attended right away guess need it for boarding pass printing. overall cleanliness is all excellent everyday housekeeping always clean it. i like the 3 dollar trolley from the hotel to the manhattan beach and some shopping area that bring you there and pick you up every 30 min.it help us save money unless you rent a car.

the front desk staff was not trained in customer service, very rude. rooms not clean, bed bugs and roaches. price in the area too high compared to the other property.

The staff were all very nice and friendly. At $63.00 a night I was not expecting much but the hotel was really very nice. I have paid alot more for a lot less in the past.

The hotel is very nice. Sleep number bed with huge, fluffy pillows!! The food in the bar area was outstanding! Huge portions, well priced and delicious! It was just what we needed after being cooped up in an airplane for 15 hrs. We could hear the planes take off and land, but we were so happy to be able to stretch out on that lovely bed, we didn't mind and slept for 14 straight hours.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Radisson for two nights in mid-June. The hotel and the staff we amazing and made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. We would definitely love to stay at the Radisson Hotel at LAX in the future and fully recommend it to anyone and everyone we can think of. Thank you to the staff most of all! You all did an amazing job and made us feel very welcome and important. And all the facilities overall, are outstanding!!!!

Hotel is very nice and close to the Airport. The room I got had a smokey smell. The sleep-by-number bed was very uncomfortable. Make sure you get a copy of your receipt, I had a $25 charge on my credit card.

The staff were unbelievably friendly and willing to do anything possible to assist. I needed a couple of things printed and while the hotel no longer has a business centre for guests (it does have public computers where it is possible to check e-mails etc)the staff at the hotel's office printed the papers for me at no cost.

It was my second stay at this hotel, and as I have written earlier: this is a perfect place to stay between flights. Great rooms - well, maybe a little bit worn out in places, but that doesn´t spoil anything - good breakfast buffet, a very friendly and very helpful staff, shuttle bus to the airport and a bus service to Manhattan Beach that we used as we had some hours to kill before the next flight. This hotel is highly recommended!

I had to change rooms twice in order to find an acceptable room. The first room still had trash in it, and the second room's carpet was stained and lumpy. I settled for the third room since it was at least clean, even if it didn't have any wash clothes in the bathroom. The TV in each room was small and old, and the reception was not very clear. Definately in need of an upgrade. They charge you for internet access. Also, don't stay here unless you want to pay to park using the valet. There is no on-site parking. You have to park in a lot around the corner if you want in and out access to your vehicle. There was also a smoke smell on the nonsmoking floors. This hotel gives Radisson a bad name. It's conviently located close to the airport, but there are many other hotels to choose from nearby that must be better.

We stayed 3 nights. This hotel was very clean, classy, comfortable and quiet. We were surprised to have a great view of all the planes landing!
