The Radisson Hotel New Orleans Airport, Kenner, Louisiana was comfortable however lacking in service. As a full-service hotel I expected help with my luggage checking in and express checkout in the morning, neither was offered even though a customer service person was standing next to the desk when I checked in. Truly, this hotel was lacking in service!

Good proximity to the airport, the shuttle bus. I didn't like the little ants in my bed.

I checked into the room and had some small roaches on the walls. This being New Orleans I was going to deal with it. Then when I had something crawl on me in the middle of the night and woke up to a few in my bed and on the pillows next to me that was enough ! I was getting ready to leave in the morning and there were roaches in the tub and on the walls of the bathroom. Don't stay here unless you want this kind of companionship.

Great hotel for the price and location was great. Bed was awesome. I enjoyed it and would stay here again if a I needed a hotel near the airport.

a lot of flakey behavior in the parking lot...pool area would be scattered with beer bottles and trash every night... Too top that off roaches the size of little smokies...Next time I will choose very carefully where I stay again, which would be the same time next year...

Great location and friendly staff with comfortable rooms. The only thing I didn't like was that there were not many electrical outlets in the room.

I was extremely impressed with the Radisson Hotel. I travel pretty often for my job and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed in. For a Hotel so close to the Airport I was surprised how quite it was, I could not hear a single plane take off or land. Also with the professional and friendly staff this hotel will always be my first choice anytime I’m in the New Orleans area. One last thing, I’m not sure who handles there wireless internet, but it was the fastest wireless internet I have ever experienced in a hotel.

Easy access business center with internet access. The hotel was not able to meet my request for a non-smoking room. I found this hotel to be very clean, comfortable and of very good quality. I'm a non-smoker and was not able to get a non-smoking room, for whatever the reason. However, even being a smoking room, it was very acceptable. The pool area was very inviting, as was the dining and lounge areas.

My fiance and I stayed here for his first visit to my hometown, New Orleans! This hotel is in a great location! It is close to major shopping malls and the interstate which takes you all over the city. The hotel was quiet, very comfortable, relaxing and romantic. The weather was nice and we were able to open the windows for some fresh morning air. The atmosphere really set the mood for our vacation and we had a great time!

Friendly staff and clean appearances. Back door to pool was unlocked for the majority of the day, lacked feeling of security. Was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and the overall cleanliness. Would have liked if the back gate from the parking lot the pool would have been locked during the day to give a better feeling of security.

"sucky water pressure, fridge on the fritz, burn holes in comforter (NONsmoking room), charged for a movie we didn't get to watch due to a storm, VERY thin walls, dirty pool, far from the city's attractions (taxi VERY expensive), no downtown shuttle, very small lounge, overall NOT worth paying less"

It was clean. Lousy room service. Clean, cheap and easy to get too. Thats all we can say! Don't order food it wont be rite and when they say there gonna hake it off the bill you will have to argue about that because the manager that says hes would already left!

We were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Our flight arrived at 9:30 am and the hotel was kind enough to let us check in early, though we couldn't check in to our requested room. There were only 2 towels in the room and I immediately requested more. The request was made each time we left the hotel and returned, for a total of 3 times the same day. Finally, at 10 pm, I went down to the front desk, only to be told that there was nothing the clerk could do. For a hotel of Radisson's reputation, this is inexcusable. As I was going into the elevator to go back up to the room, an airline flight attendant joined me and told me that all the airline crews hate staying at the Radisson because of its terrible customer service. I got more sympathy from her than from the hotel staff.

Air shuttle able, reasonable price. AC in room difficult to operate. Local controls were bypassed to wall control that was not obvious. We enjoyed the room. Beds very comfortable.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for one night prior to an early morning flight. We had called ahead to ensure that a crib would be available for our son. When we arrived we were informed that a) the hotel had no functioning plumbing at that moment and b) they did not have the crib we had requested ready for our room. My son and I went up to our room while my husband went on a few errands. While the plumbing was restored during that time, I waited for over an hour before calling the front desk about the crib. I was informed that the closet where the cribs were kept was locked and that the only key had gone home with an employee. After another half hour, I gave up and made a make-shift "nest" for our baby. In addition to the poor service, the cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom was just plain disgusting and sported a large, very suspicious stain on the wall. I've used public restrooms in third world countries that were less offensive! This experience definitely moves the Radisson chain well down on our list of hotel possibilities.

Convenient location, clean rooms, andquiet. Ice machine on two floors did not work and the one I found that worked had disgusting mold growing on it. Overall, this hotel was quiet, clean and conveniently located near lots of restaurants and shopping.

Our plane arrived The lady at the front desk was not very friendly nor welcoming but it was very late and we assumed that she had had a long day. We were all assigned rooms in the same floor. The ceiling in my room was peeling off in a couple of places. One of the places was right over the night table between the two double beds so there was debris on the night table and the pillows. The other was over the microwave and the coffee pot. I called the desk to request that I be moved to a different room but was told that the hotel was completely sold out. I had to call the front desk twice and waited nearly an hour before they sent someone to clean the debris. I note that all the lamps and the bed in the room were unplugged so I suspect that the room was really not meant to be rented out. I could have been oversensitive at this point but the carpet felt dirty when you waled barefoot on it. In any case, it was a very short night. I had to be ready for a meeting at 7 AM. By that time, there was more debris from the ceiling. When I checked out in the morning, the same lady who had checked us in was still at the front desk. I did not receive any recognition nor any apologies for the substandard accommodations. I should say that my fellow travelers did not have a problem.

Good at tentative staff. Cracked wash basin and low water pressure. Room was clean, bathroom needed some repair work. Cracked wash basin, shower / tub connections did not work well, coupled with very, very low water pressure.

Botched my pickup but more than made up for it in every other way. Staff is superb in every way, very friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Clean, convenient, great luncheon for large group. The pool looked lovely but weather was too cold for this guy. Only improvement would be having access to printer so I could print boarding pass. (surprising). Can't stress how good it is to be surrounded by such good people. I won't stay anywhere else as I return. The price was a bargain by far as the room was large, well equipped and a great bed.
