Have stayed here before in a sleep number room and the beds and pillows were wonderful but this time was upgraded to a "Suite" for the same cost not the bed. The pull outs were terrible. All pillows were flat and uncomfortable. We chose this site specifically for a hot tub at the end of a day of travelling only to find it not working.....once we checked in and went to the pool were we advised of this. Front end staff were very friendly and helpful. When advised of these discrepancies replied that they would look into it. No adjustment to our bill or complimentary breakfast, etc. was offered for the horrible night sleep.

The hotel was under construction.

This hotel was ideal for our short layover in Clagary, we did not eat at the restaurants or use any facilities as we arrived late and left early, however, it appears to be a very nice hotel, the staff are very accomodating and there is fresh coffee early in the morning

The adjustable bed and the linens. Scaffolding entirely encased the exterior of the hotel. In spite of the fact the hotel was encased in scaffolding I would recommend a stay at the Calgary Airport Radisson. The check in staff was efficient and polite, the room with its adjustable bed was ever so comfortable and the complimentary airport shuttle was just what we needed to cap off our weekend in Calgary.

Location - reasonably close to airport to stay one night and on the road to go to Banff next day. It was being renovated.

The bed was good. Just about everything but the bed. The place is a dump only got may be 5 hours of sleep the first night there as car alarms went off then to add to it rain water all over the washroom, the toilet seat and dust was every where the public washrooms were gross to say it lightly the crome pipes were all green it was undoubtedly one of my worst hotel experiences andI used to live in hotel with my work

Clean and friendly good bar. The fact that the hotel was under renovations and was not mentioned at time of booking. It is a good location. The rooms are very nice but will be better when renovations are completed, also would like to draw to your attention to the fact that the room windows were screwed shut and in a case of a fire in the hall way we would have been up the creek with out a paddle.

Cigarette smoke coming in room. No smoking floor. Needs remodeling. The construction is currently underway. Location was good. Parking was also good. I believe they had the new number beds. (The ones that blow up harder or softer with a remote). Terrible back still sore after 4 days. Staff was friendly enough.

Location and size of room. Construction was going on. Very good hotel. Would definitely stay there again. Good location, easy to find, clean, friendly and safe.

We were up graded to a king size bed. It was under construction some of the floors that weren't being used had workers that smoke on them. The smoked filtered up to the other rooms.

Free airport shuttle. Construction at every window of the building. The hotel was comfortable with all the essential amenities for a one night stay. The building was clean inside but under serious cosmetic renovations outside. The hotel staff was friendly, however, could do nothing about the smoking in a building that prohibited it.

Sleep number beds, convenient location for where I needed to get to. Under going renovation. Will be nice when done though. I liked the overall experience. It is very conveniently located at the junction of two major highways plus the Calgary airport is nearby.
