This hotel is located right on the habourfront. We walked to a boat cruise and a free concert at the Music Garden. There's a trolley stop just outside the door and it connects directly to Union station (train/subway). It's a very short walk to the CN tower and the Rogers Centre. It made getting around the city very easy.

The room was nice. The staff wasn't as helpful as I had hoped they would be.

I stayed at this hotel a couple of times in the past couple of years. The most recent being about a month ago. I loved the location and the view from some of the rooms. they staff was helpfull and friendly. It was only a short distance from the CN tower and Queen St., two of my favorite places in Toronto. Overall te room was much better than many hotels Iv'e been to.

The room was very small. Barely fit 2 beds and the tv stands. Chose to stay here because of the location. Will not stay again. Paid too much for a room that small.

Did not like the beds, sleep numbers, one bed did not work at all, you can feel the divider between the 2 air bags!

Overall, it was a good experience. As soon as we entered the room, the front desk called to ensure that everything was to our liking. It was a great location, very close to Rogers Centre, the CN Tower, the harbor, as well as many places to eat. What I didn't like was that the walls were very thin. The first night was there, we woke up to a baby crying in the room next to us, and if I didn't know better, I would have thought it was in our room. However, the second night was excellent, because the people in the room next to us were quiet.

Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location. Excellent location on the water with great views. In the heart of the Harbor where there's a lot going on. Convenient to restaurants, night life, attractions, trolley, grocery store, drug store. The staff was approachable and attentive to guests. Very comfortable, clean rooms with great beds. Would definitely stay here on next trip.

The beds were very comfortable and the location was great. WhatI didn't like was the price of parking at the hotel. We had a hard time finding it, the sign is not easy to see.

I stayed in 2 different hotels in Toronto this time. Both the Radison and the Hilton were very nice hotels. Hilton is more central and the Radison had.

Staff weren't that friendly. Maid banged on our door at 9am for cleaning. Average hotel. Nothing special. Small lobby - which is shared with folks who live there full time in condos. Wouldn't go their again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable. It was noisy. My room was above the main entrance. Streetcars and other patrons were loud. Hotel was clean and comfortable with an excellent staff. Ask for a room at the back away from street noise.
