All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The restaurant meal was very good and not too expensive. The staff in the restaurant were efficient, friendly and did their best to ensure we had a pleasnt meal. We would definitely go back again.

A beautiful, spotless hotel only a very short stroll from all Manchester has to offer. Stayed in a deluxe double and room was exactly as pictured. I've stayed in many Manchester hotels and this is the best I've come across. Wonderful Spa facilities, lovely spa staff (excellent massage!). Cant comment on food as we ate out and didnt have breakfast. All in all can't really pick a flaw in this hotel, well worth the slightly higher cost in comparison to 3*&4* accomodation, would stay again in a heart beat, highly recommend,

I was very impressed with this hotel, central location to everything, the station, shops and bars. The room was immaculate and the service was excellent. The cocktail bar was very relaxing, i would definately re-visit the Radisson Edwardian.

Lovely hotel very central to city centre. Make use of the facilties in the hotel. Hotel staff all very helpful. Watch out - no car parking and nearest car park cost £16/day . Over all though a good venue but a little bit expensive if you just use it as a base

Although standards were high the cost was even more so. I was particularly irritated when optional 10% service charges were added to all bar and restaurant items. At the prices charged, service should be included.

Radisson was excellent, impressed with room, location is fantastic, within walking distance to most places we wanted to go. I would definately recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay and would book here again in future.

The hotel was great, but the bar was very expensive and there was a slight difference in what was included in the rate between the Laterooms site and the reception desk which was annoying. The concierge Daniel was excellent and went out of his way to feed the parking meter outside for us all evening. Unfortunately our car was damaged overnight in the street, so my recommendation would be to park in the multi-storey car park.

Did not try the restaurant but the Hotle was well worth the price. All staff very helpful and friendly, car parking a problem but there is NCP nearby.

Everything was fantastic - after trying a few different hotels in Manchester city centre for business travel, I shall now look no further and stay here every time. Customer service was exceptional.

Top class hotel, centrally located. Parking in nearby Great Northern car park is a bit awkward, but that's probably a feature of Central Manchester hotels. Staff are excellent - friendly and efficient, even though the hotel was full the night my Wife and I stayed.

Hotel absolutely spot on: great bar, pool, lovely room (superior) and friendly staff. Car parking a bit of a pain. We parked in Park Avenue parking for £10 overnight. Just beyond the Hilton.

The hotel was not easy to find - despite putting the postcode in the sat nav. Customer service was good. Food and service in the restaurant were good (but we had to send one meal back - undercooked and fatty).

Great location in Manchester, rooms and public areas are lovely, staff and service generally are very poor.

We stayed at The Lowry several weeks ago and consider it to be infinately preferable to The Radisson. Breakfast was crowded with tables too close together and music playing rathger too loudly. Our room suffered from noisy plumbing and noise outside. It lacked the class and ambience of The Lowry. Staff however were excellent.

The hotel was lovely and in a ideal spot for shopping and going out in the evening.Only thing that i can say was a little dissapointing, due to us being located by a communal door it was very noisy and we were woken up a few times due to it banging so loud.
