Radisson Ciudad Empresarial is a great hotel, but do not book if you want to be close to the city. They do offer a free shuttle to the other Radisson downtown, close to restaurants, attractions; but, negotiating a taxi for back and forth delivery is sometimes a challenge. The staff was very willing and super helpful, though. Room was quite large and very clean.

Infrequent shuttle to mall. Poor location for tourists. Fine hotel, poor location in hard to reach suburb. Infrequent free shuttle compensates, if you want to go to the mall at 12:30 pm and return at 5 pm. Radisson in town is much better, and worth the extra cost.

Well located in the Ciudad Empresarial near major roads and downtown. Free wi-Fi and breakfast buffet included. Very clean and friendly staff. Will definitely stay there again!

Hotel very quiet (inside an industrial park), no traffic, no noise, helpful desk, nice karaoke and dinner. In the middle of the way to downtown and other turist areas.

The free shuttle. It was in a commercial location and we were sightseeing. It was a very safe and quiet hotel. The beds were so comfortable. The staff tried to help us as we did not speak the language. We managed to get around even with the language and money difficulties. It was a very pleasant trip.

This is a very nice property. Not sure when it opened, but it seemed very new. Only drawback is the location. Car/taxi required to get to town. Hotel offers a free shuttle every two hours. The hotel is in a business park so it's great if you are looking to be away from the downtown noise. A breakfast buffet was included with our room rate and it was excellent
