Great Hotel Hotel was very modern the rooms were spacious with lots of facilites including coffee machine and flat screen TV. Our room had a fantastic view over the harbour. The bed was the best we have ever slept in. Customer service was excellent with all the staff ready to give a smile if you walked by them in the hotel. Breakfast was good with lots of choice in the self service buffet

restful stayGreat view from room of sea and marina. Swimming pool small, but usually only me in it. Easy walking to town. Quiet at night. Menu for dinner disappointing, it didn't change while we were there.

Raddison Waterfront Hotel, JerseyGood location and very handy for visiting St Helier. There is a nice terrace overlooking the marina and a fab aquarium in the foyer.The bed was super comfortable and the rooms contain everything you need apart from a sewing kit! (My partner had forgotten his cufflinks and often, hotels are able to provided emergency cufflinks (fabric ones) or a sewing kit - the staff on reception looked at my partner like he was insane when he asked them this and we had to make a detour into the town centre to buy some). The TV in our room kept turning itself off - normally at the crucial point in whatever we were watching but it wasn't a major problem. The WiFi access is free and very fast in comparison to most other hotels.The dinner menu was not very extensive but what we did choose was very good. The breakfast buffet was excellent despite the rubbish toaster that either cremated your toast or just teased it with the hint of a toasting ;-) Generally the staff were very friendly and helpful.We would definitely stay there again.

Great for a treatFantastic four star hotel - not cheap, but you get what you pay for. Everyone on Jersey has heard of the Radisson. It is one of the newest and highest-profile hotels on the island. The rooms are spotless and the breakfast selection is top notch. Internet access is also free, if a bit variable. Parking can be a bit in short-supply at busy times too.

Winter weekend in St Helier JerseyGood modern , clean, hotel. Fine for a weekend. Breakfast excellent, dinner service was slow, food good but limited menu which didn't change while we were there.Staff very pleasant and helpfull.

Stayed for two nights, The hotel offered a great service, friendly staff, environment was clean with modern facilities, food was good especially the breakfast, a must if staying here, would recommend it if staying in St Helier and would for sure stay here again.

Location, hotel staff, room, cleanliness all excellent. Major let down by terrible service and sub-par food in the restaurant. I would stay again, I would eat out.

We had a fantastic experience at the hotel. The room was great, food fantastic and staff very friendly and helpful. Location also great if you want easy access to town, cinemas, etc. Lovely being situated right on the seafront with fantastic views.Will definately use them again

This is the second time staying at the jersey Radisson in the last 4 weeks and I would urge readers of this review to try it for themselves.My only critical remark would be that the excellent selection of hot food for breakfast was not very hot. This on both visits. This is a shame because in all respects, otherwise the Hotel andStaff are excellent.

Lovely hotel in a great position . Rooms really nice and beds comfy. Only complaint I had was the inflexibility of therestaurant staff . I fancied cheese and biscuits with my bottle of wine however was told that this was not available at the time . However it is on the 24hr room service menu ! I did complain and it was immediately dealt with and I got my cheese. However next day had same problem . This time it was dealt with personally by the restaurant manager who gave us a complimentary bottle of wine . Feel my complaint was dealt with really well as things do go wrong , and I would definately stay again perhaps next year for the air show as brilliant view ( and may even have cheese and bics again)

Only critism would be that the hot selection of the breakfast buffet was overcooked and fruit juices were of a poor quality.Leisure facilities very good and attendants very helpful.Location very convenient.

Hotel is lovely - couldn't ask for better. I ate in the restaurant and it took 1 hr for them to serve me a soup. Food was not all that for the price. My opinion - best hotel on Jersey but eat out!!

Hotel needed a larger sign there is one at front but just above the doors. We had trouble locating hotel we could see the building but were not aware it was Radisson Hotel. We eventually entered hotel from Marina side and had to ask if it was the Radisson. A flag on the top of the building would be ideal.

Would recommend, not the cheapest but anew hotel with a very contemporary feel in an excellent location overlooking the marine and beach. Plenty of parking, friendly staff mostly from eastern europe, nice bar and restaurant, gym and small swimming pool.

Typical Radisson hotel, however I happen to like them! Excellent quality room - the hotel was relatively new when I stayed in March and the kettle hadn't even been used. Great seafront location although I think seaview rooms are more expensive. Spotless and spacious hotel, 10 minute walk from the centre of St Helier. I didn't actually try the restaurant as don't like dining as a lone female but there is a handily located Pizza Hut and KFC next door for takeaway purposes! I recall there was a spa downstairs but didn't use it. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.
