Located on the Northwest Coast of the French side of St. Martin on 1, 600 feet of beachfront, the hotel is nestled in the picturesque cove of Anse Marsel, one of the island's best preserved bays. Surrounded by mountains on three sides and a magnificent white sand beach on the Caribbean Sea to the west, the resort is a 45 minute ride from the International airport by car and just 25 minutes by water taxi.

The resort will offer a spa, oceanfront restaurant, and bar, casual market stype eatery, contemporary upscale lobby loung, extensive lush tropcial gardens and a showcase free-form, zero-entry infinity pool. Meeting space will be available.

There are 189 rooms and 63 suites that will be located in several low-rise buildings with pool and garden areas in addition to waterfront suites adjacent to the property's 150-slip full-service marina.

Designer accommodations showcase contemporary Euro-Caribbean furnishings. Each guest room and suite, complete with a spacious bathroom and upscale amenities, feature flat-screen satellite televisions, DVD players,

iHome® radios, complimentary high-speed Internet access, mini-bars & coffee makers and cozy waffled robes.

The gourmet beachfront restaurant, a contemporary dining experience and bar, features spectacular ocean views and chic decor. During the day the restaurant will offer appetizers, lunch and at night, it will transform into an upscale lounge and restaurant. There is also a market-style eatery offering casual fare for breakfast and dinner. Additionally, located at the marina are several cafes and restaurants.
