my husband and i flew in from california and arrived in the evening at the hotel. upon arrival the parking wasn't too bad but the front desk staff was dressed inappropriately and wasn't very friendly. she was quite rude and i was charged * more for incidentals than the gentleman that came in a couple minutes after us. when i asked what the difference in price was for us versus the man next to us she gave me a dirty look and said" the price is *. " when we entered the room the light was not working correctly which caused a hassle to walk through a dark room with little walkway space. the room was clean and decorated nicely but extremely small. the phone next to the bed had a broken phone cord which prevented being able to use the wake up call system efficiently. we used the desk phone to call for the wake up call but the next morning we were called approx 10-15 mins late. the amoire cabinet that held the tv was made to be on the opposite side of the room so when you walk past it, the doors were in the way of the walking path. when waking up in the morning the space was so small that when i got out of bed i almost hit the wall due to it being so close to the bed. i was shocked at the quality of this hotel and the staff that was running it. i would never stay there again. i was practically in tears over all of the disappointments. save your yourselves and your pocket book and find a hotel that you deserve to stay in.

We came to Phoenix to escape the cold weather of New York. We loved the hotel. The pool was nice and warm and the sleep number beds were a welcome change. Only complaint was that there was no game room for the kids. Great service from all the staff members.

Hotel is very nice. Rooms have sleep-number beds which were fun to play with. My two complaints are: 1) the free breakfast buffet is no longer available on weekends; 2) wireless internet access was unavailable because their DHCP servers weren't working. Front desk didn't seem too concerned.
