The room was very small. Barely fit 2 beds and the tv stands. Chose to stay here because of the location. Will not stay again. Paid too much for a room that small.

1st, I called the hotel and requested a king size bed. They said yes. 2nd, We check in and we have a room with 2 double beds on the third floor - just up from the club and pool - too many people constantly up and down the hall. 3rd, they did move us to another room - thanks for that. 4th, However, even on the seventh floor - the noise from the street was very loud. Though the windows do not open - the street noise made it sound as if they were. 5th, we did not eat anything at the hotel because it was way too expensive.

Great waterfront location about 3/4 mile south of the main downtown shopping areas with reasonable parking rates and great surrounding amenities (e.g. 24 hour market/deli across the street). The surrounding area has a nautical theme with bar/restaurants, and an interesting antique shop.

Overall experience was good. Clean and the room decently comfortable. East facing rooms have no blackout window treatment and for non-early riser, the brightness of the room from the large window jolted me from my sleep. That's why I changed room and in the process lost my night shirt and the attempt by the Hotel staff in locating the item was disappointing. I'm still awaiting a response/follow-up from the Duty Manager.

This is the second time I stayed at this particular hotel, and it was just as good the second time as it was the first. I will probably stay there again the next time I go to Toronto!

The hotel is by the lake near CN tower. It has excellent view from the roof top swimming pool. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room is small, carpet showed age. Bed is very comfortable. It allows you to adjust firmness. Parking is $22 which is probably reasonable considering the location. The buffet breakfast was expensive and some of the food I tried was not fresh.

The parking area was a bit of a trouble to find. Overall, very good experience. Many attractions were within walking distance (if you don't mind walking a mile). Walked to Chinatown, Eaton Centre, and Hockey Hall of Fame, Rogers Centre, and Air Canada Centre. The trolley runs right in front of the hotel. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Room was large and comfortable. You could hear some street noise. Free internet which is a plus for me. Friendly staff that is knowledgeable about local dining. Very disappointed that hot tub was not functioning and there was no indoor pool. Darkening curtains were hidden behind the shears and I thought that there weren't any. So I did not sleep well. Hotel menu was very pricey for this star level. The hotel was very convenient to the TTC which was nice.

This is a very nice and clean hotel for your $ and location Downtown on the harbor is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel and there are a lot of amenities close by. Only thing I didn't like was the price of parking ($21).

Very nice hotel, staff was nice, good location, but should've requested a room on the top floors. We were on the 2nd floor and heard too much noise from the traffic and no view of the lake. Other than that I would def. Come back.

Excellent stay. Stayed during weekend of snowstorm which made getting around a little tougher due to hotel's waterfront location and no subway nearby. Room was very clean and up to date. Bed was high quality. Rooms were quiet. Had control of heat and fan. Checked in at 1:00 pm with no problem. All in all excellent.

Great hotel for the price. I wish it was a little closer to the center of the city. It was a 15min walk to young and front street but there was a street car stop right in front of the hotel.
