One of the best hotel values we have received in many years. Newly renovated rooms, the staff was very friendly, always with a smile and a warm welcome. Both the indoor and outdoor pools were a plus and both had lifeguards, which made us feel good with our small children. We will be back and recommend this hotel to our friends and family!

The service at this hotel is the absolute best I have ever seen! Having traveled internationally 200 days a year for over 25 years, I could not believe how genuine the staff is at the RIT Inn & Conferece Center. My wife Mary needs to visit Rochester on a regular basis for health reasons at a near by hospital. The facility is nice, having just completed a multi million dollar renovation. However it is the staff that is incredible. They must hire strictly on ones desire to serve and train, because we have not met one employee, from the GM to the chamber maids who were not genuinely interested in our comfort, special needs and in general, made us feel like family. WOW!

RIT Inn & Conference Center was comfortable room. Just that the door need to clean up or paint. It look up this room has been party a lot. Which is I don't mind and has a weak floor to walk by... The pool guy or body guard are nice as turn on the light for the pool to swim.

Our room at the RIT Inn and Conference center was very comfortable and clean. Our check in was quick and efficient. I had called ahead for a cot as my son had decided to join us at the last minute, they did have the request but there was no cot in the room. We called down to the desk, it took them an additional half hour to get the cot but all went unsatisfactorily after that. We were a late check in so the dining facilities were closed. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we will be stay there again in the future.
