All was pleasant and relaxing, both staff and accomodations. I would stay again and recommend to anyone going to GDL.

The hotel provides excellent service and is located in a wonderful area of Guadalajara. If you don't mind staying away from all the touristy attractions this place is perfect. I always stay here while visiting family. My grandmother and mother refuse to stay anywhere else in Guadalajara.

The Gran Class suites are perfect for a romantic getaway, and you can forget about the outside world. You are transported to another time and place, when you are in the hotel grounds,(fountains, flowers,and great architecture). If you have ever experienced a hard bed in mexico, these are not the same. The beds are so well appointed and comfortable that I didn't want to leave the room for my entire stay. A word to the wise, run a little water through the jets in the tub, before you set up for that romantic bath for two.

If you like to stay in hotels with a local flavor, this is one for you. I've stayed in many different Quinta Real locations throughout Mexico and this one is the original. The rooms can't be beat as they are all suites with a lot of privacy. The dining atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing but the hotel and food is pricey. If money isn't a factor, I highly recommend this hotel.

reservations not there when we arrived,no longer a ""grand class"" hotel.looked down on us because our rate was way lower than their stated rate.front desk person started trashing our home state of calif. on how it was bad to live there.

Staff not knowledgeable about tours available. No maps on hand to assist in sightseeing. Car rental did not show up, or even call.

is a great place to stay for couples of family's its marvalous atmoshere and wonderful food will blow your mind away.
