the booking was done on the internet and the paperwork was in order on my arrival. getting into this place without prior knowledge is a little difficult but I managed with some local help. I would use this service again as i travel there once a month thanks

My washer broke right when water started coming out. A few bugs here and there. The main disappointment was that I chose this hotel mainly for wireless internet service, like it said it had.. however, when I got there, they said the internet service was down, but they would get me a modem as soon as one was available, to use in my room.. I never got one throughout my 5 day stay there. even if i did get one, the night audit clerk told me it was 20bucks a night. (why should we have to pay extra for service that should be free.. especially if its broken?) Also, water was leaking through the roof in the bathroom from upstairs (yuck). The staff, the front desk was good, house keepers were good except one, came into the room to leave me a new pillowcase w/o even knocking (I was in the bathroom). The location was wonderful! Great view. Nice cool A/C, kitchen appliances and fridge! I would only stay again if internet was working. oh.. it did not have a bathtub, sucked for my daughter.

This hotel is located in down town Suva and is close to all amenities. The room was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic view of Suva harbour. It is very secure which is an important point in Suva. The staff were friendly and helpful with very good customer service skills. There is good free and secure parking and the the air con in the room works well. On the negative the shower box was leaking over the floor and needed to be resealed a 5 min job but this did not happen during our 5 day visit.
