Shocking. The place looks terrible for a 4 star hotel, the service is unbelievable bad and Silvia was the rudest receptionist we have ever met. Quest Savoy is to a place to stay.

Good hotel and very good services. I appreciated with receptionist. She gave me a very good services and gave me useful information about travelling. I can't remember her name but I remember that she work at night shift on 24 Feb 2009. Thank you so much.

A lovely boutique style hotel in a convenient position. I enjoyed the use of the salt baths on the ground floor and found nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly and efficient.

This hotel was in a great spot with a quick walk to the harbour district. The parking was a couple of blocks away but considering the parking only cost $5 per night that wasn't a big deal. The staff were very helpful and even rang around and booked a restaurant for us. I'd be happy to recommend this.
