| We had a pleasant surprise when invited to take free continental breakfast in the VIP lounge where there was wine , beers and crisps on offer as well as breakfast food and drinks. We were not charged to park in the secure car park either. |

| Typical Kiwis; they were over the top friendly and hospitable. Treated you like family. Room was perfect for my needs. |

| Nice and quiet - got a good nights sleep. Was not disturbed by other residents despite being virtually fully booked. |
