| I have stayed a few times now and it is very good value for money and walking distance to major places of interest. Little things like electric blanket not working and no can opener are irritating which shows that housestaff need to do better checking. Plus my last stay I had a light switch in the bathroom that was very dodgy and looked like it had been like that for some time. But as a good value place to stay, I would definitely recommend it. |

| The room smelled of cigarette smoke, however,the staff were able to rectify this problem. Also some maintenance need doing. Curtain track has come loose. Shower nozzle loose. Otherwise all was great. |

| we had nothing but issues with this place from finding it (with very poor directions from it's receptionist) to securing the correct amount of beds to people staying to the price on checkout. We were advised one thing to later be told another. I would not recommend this place at all!! |

| Took a while to find, then wasn't impressed by the outside, even less impressed by the inside. Bedding clean, but the carpet was filthy,with what looked like oil stains all over. Could not recommend the Hotel, to anyone. Was probably the worst hotel we've ever stayed in , anywhere in the world. |

| This hotel is not as good as the hotel itself describes. It's dated and requires a total revamp of the rooms. However, the rooms are clean and the location is pretty good for central Auckland. On the upper floors the views of the city are good. Parking can be a problem, book first if you require a car park space. The reception area should be manned and open longer than it is, closing at 7pm seems ridiculous for a busy city centre hotel. |

| This hotel is located at the end of Auckland CBD. The staff that we were dealing with was not helpful. |
