Location is excellent - in the centre of the CBD. The lift was not working - thank goodness our room was on the first floor. The view from our windows was of drab concrete walls of neighbouring buildings. The cupboards above the kitchen bench were too high for me at 5'3". Two drawers under the sink would be good for cutlery and cooking utensils. Cooking meat on the element set the smoke alarm off - even with using the rangehood and fan on top speed. Only one towel rail in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang the hand towel. Excellent shelving for toilet bags. The receptionist was very welcoming and helpful - we give her top marks. We still enjoyed our two night's stay.

This was a disappointing stay overall, the hotel is new so was very clean and tidy.Unfortunately it is so new they forgot to mention they don't have a lift operating yet, don't get me wrong I don't mind using stair when I want to, but when I have no choice, not so good.There wasn't even an offer for from staff to help with my suitcase. Also not to pleased with the hot water stopping and starting while having a shower. I will stay again once the lift is installed, and the water is sorted.
