What are your breakfast options?: Breakfast is served each morning between 7:30am and 10:30am. We have a delicious a la carte breakfast available for $25 per person which includes croissants to start, tea or coffee, juice and a choice from the menu.
What transport is available to get around?: Hotel is located only 5 minutes’ walk to the town centre. Therefore, guests do not need any bus or shuttle to the town. There is Queenstown local bus company called 'Connectabus'. Their standard cash fares are adult $3.00 - $8.00 per person, child $2.00 - $5.00 per person depending on destination. And they also have day pass at $17.00 per adult, $12.00 per child.

From/to the airport, Connectabus is the cheapest option (cost $6.00 or $7.00 per person). From the airport, bus departs just outside of the arrival gate and from the town, bus departs in front of the O'Connell shopping mall which is 5 minutes’ walk from the hotel. It takes around 20-30 minutes in each way. Super shuttle and taxis are another options, however these cost slightly more but quicker than the bus. Self drive option from/to the airport and hotel takes around 20-25 minutes.
What can I do nearby?: The hotel is located only 5 minutes' walk to the town centre. Queenstown have many exciting activities, from wine tour to Milford Sound flight. Skyline Gondola, Restaurant & Luge, Real Journeys TSS Earnslaw cruise are only 10 minutes' walk from the hotel. Many activity offices are located in the town centre which are all within walking distance. In addition, Queenstown has more than 100 cafés and restaurants with a variety of food choices, open from early morning to late night.
Do you have internet?: Internet access is included in the hotel rates. Therefore, guest do not need to pay extra for internet. Wireless are available in hotel lounge and guest rooms. If wireless connection is not strong, we have a cable which guests can use it in a room. Wireless has a good signal at the reception area.
Do you provide parking?: Hotel has underground car park (parking cost included the rate). However, if car park is full, there is a street parking available (free) at Robins Road, beside the hotel.
