| We stayed only one day in this hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. But the safety box was broken and I tried to call to fix that, the telephone was disconected!! AND!! We tried to explore the Milano center, got into the elevator. It was completely stopped and could not get out for 40 minutes. Finally the firemen came and rescued our family.... It was terrible experience.. The breakfast was not O.K. The waitreses were not freindly at all. There is a freshly squeesed orange juice machine but it was broken. I asked the waitless how should I use the machine but she said "I don't know.'(that's it) I tried to make a cup of tea but the hot water temperature was really low like water. I asked the waitless to give me the hot water. She said 'NO'!!! It was really bad experience. The food were really not O.K. level. The room was really nice but we never ever stay this hotel again. |

| Quark is a nice hotel with an excellent breakfast service. However, if you do not have a car you have to get around by taxi and taxis are sometimes hard to get in Milan. |

| Two points: 1--Hotel needs to provide adequate map on web page for how to access hotel. This is not the case now. 2--Hotel needs to provide free broadband access, or at least low-cost access. 17 euros a day is ridiculous and is a reason for selecting another hotel. |

| Great hotel. We would like to book again, but it apears they are closed in august. |
