our room had 2 tv's they had a pool that was supposed to be heated but it wasn't overall the hotel was great. our room was very nice and comfortable. the staff was very friendly and helpful with directions to where we wanted to go and with extra blankets or whatever we needed. we were just really dissappointed that the pool wasn't heated as the hotel description claimed

I have to say the best thing about this hotel were the beds. They were comfortable and the pillows were soft and fluffy. Breakfast was terrible. I went down at 7:30am and the eggs were gone, there was one bagel left and a bunch of donuts all of which were stale. The two trashcans in the breakfast area were both about to spill over and the staff didnt much care that we had no place to throw our plates away other than stacking them on the to of the heap. Housekeeping didnt wash my coffee pot which I could have forgiven if they had given me more coffee but I didnt get that either. So my complaints are minor and I would stay here again because of the beds being awsome. Wireless internet worked well, the room was clean and the hotel itself smelled nice.

Our hotel was absolutely like coming home. It was clean, neat, quiet, comfortable. The room service was excellent and fast. The front desk very helpful with getting around Tulsa. the breakfast was everything you want. I have never stayed in a hotel that is this quiet with a room so big and comfy. I wish all hotels would use this for a model. If I ever went to Tulsa again I would definately stay here.

I liked the four fluffy pillows on each bed. The loose toilet seat. We were pleased with out room. The area for the breakfast room was small and cramped. I would stay again. The location was great.

The price for this hotel was not terrible, but I will not stay here again. Cramped is the best description for the facility. The hotel offered a continental breakfast in which it provided seating for eleven people, however if anyone was seated you could not comfortablly get to the perimeter/counter to get your food, or between the tables. It was extemely akward. Also, we had what they called a suite, however if the pull out couch was being used there was not any room to pass between the couch and the desk (that the second television was on). The remote control for the television by the bed did not work, and daily we would tell them at the front desk, and they would tell us they would replace the batteries and that would take care of the problem; it never did work. If you are planning on commuting to and from ORU please be aware that it is much farther than the .08 miles indicated on most travel sites

Flooring had carpet covering holes in flooring, very unlevel flooring throughout the hotel. The toilet ran and required adjustment in the tank.

Staff was very nice. I called them after my reservation to request smoking room but no ashtrays in room. It was all very pleasant.

Good location, Two TV's, Fold out bed, Breakfast. N/A The hotel was not full, I had asked for a non smoking room. The women at the front desk was very short with me. I asked again if there was any way I could have a non smoking room. Again, the was not full. She told me that if I paid $12.00 more a night then she would move me to a non smoking room. After I paid I was giving a non smoking room and I had no problems with the room.

We were immediately greeted by a super nice desk clerk! The entire staff jumped into action to make sure a light bulb was changed. The room was very nice for an economy hotel and super large ... better than expected! The breakfast smelled good although we didn't make it down to eat. Beds were super comfortable. Safe area. Quiet (except for construction nearby). Will look into other Quality Inns when traveling.

"The hotel was clean, convenient, and quite accomodating. The room was as I expected and there were no surprises. The staff was friendly and helped with a couple of special touches that made the stay even better. The value was good. The location was good. I would definitely stay again."

Breakfast but fresh fruit was scarce served only once. The room, uncaring employees, water leak, feces on bathroom door, etc. NEVER AGAIN! We had a nonsmoking room reserved and needed a room on the lower level near an exit. The room on lower level assigned to us wreaked of nicotine. we were then assigned an upstairs room that was not near an exit and extremely hot temperature. We asked for a fan to help disperse A/C; never got a fan, we cleaned out the air filter to see if A/C would improve; the carpet near the A/C was sopping wet. James said it was because they "must have a rain leak". we said it was wet before it rained!!! The amount of chlorine in the hot tub bleached out and destroyed the elastic in our swimsuits; employee didn't care about suits but said she would check the level of chlorine in hot tub. The pool was murky and nasty; couldn't enjoy it. Cockroach in our dresser drawers so left our clothes out. Diarrhea feces on back of bathroom door. We sanitized the bathroom ourselves. The carper was frayed all across the bathroom door. The furniture had holes in it and was dirty. we did not sit on it!! Refrigerator still iced over from last people and unplugged. Not enough outlets to have microwave and TV and fridge all plugged in at the same time. They advertise this as some big suite. wrong!! Their rooms are small slender compartments; difficult to move around in; big furniture in a little space. Cobwebs in the computer area in the hallway. The location is off of a street and is not easy to get to nor is it easy to find on return trip if you are not very familiar with the city; which we were not. We got confusing directions from staff. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

"Friendly front staff, plenty quiet during the week. It was clean and close to places to eat, casino, and airport. Decent overall experiance for the price. With construction on main Hwy, it was difficult to get to. Make sure to call for directions because mapquest will send you in the wrong direction miles away. Only real complaint was the free access computer was linked to a printer that did not work. I changed my flight and could not re-print my tickets."
