Very accommodating when anything needed. The continental breakfast was outstanding. Convenient and friendly. Pool area could be more young child friendly. Clean but not too safe for little ones.

Staff very friendly but not enough help at desk for the number of guests; hotel was full. Room was clean, but bed not comfortable, our door wouldn't close on it's own...had to be pushed shut, no covers on smoke detectors in a smoking room so don't know if they worked or not. Free hot breakfast. I would stay there again as it was pretty good for the money, especially for a suite.

It was nice to have a separate working space away from the bedrooms and one that was able to be closed off from the bedroom. The quality of the breakfast was not quite up to the other aspects of the stay. Clean, quiet and restful. Nice to have the sink outside the bathroom. Nice to have separate working area and the ability to close off the bedroom from that area. This property is close to the Tollway and close to quick needs shopping. Would go back but would go out for breakfast.

We were traveling with grandson age 9. He really enjoyed the pool. The small suite room was nice for watching TV.

Our room smelled of smoke. I think that the people where not very friendly and the room had some food near the bed (more under the bed side) from someone else.

The staff isn't knowledgable about types of showers in handicapped rooms. Breakfast was okay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean, but mattresses are very bad. Lumpy and creaky. They change bedding every other day, and would like you to reuse your towels.

Room was roomy. Trash can in hall was overflowing the night we arrived and stayed that way. Breakfast was lovely, but the overfilled trash can near our room by the ice machine was nasty and I saw several employees walk right past it the night we arrived and the next morning. It was still there until housekeeping came down the hall to clean the rooms.

Space in room - hot breakfast. It was dirty and smelled. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The outside grounds were kept nice; however, the inside was dirty and smelled. The rooms were old. Our window was cracked, bathroom dirty and smelled. If we were staying longer than one night I would have checked out and gone across the street to a different hotel.

Hotel staff friendly and very helpful, went out of way to provide info on area along with maps. Clean and comfortable. Hotel was convenient, clean and comfortable but wasn't upscale, top notch hotel. It was however everything one would want and expect for a reasonable rate. Staff was exceptional.

I liked the appliances and lounge area in the room. Everything was fine. The hotel was nice and the rooms were spacious, also they had a nice hot breakfast.
