The Hotel is very nice. When you have kids the seperate room is excellent. I have stayed in alot of hotels over the last year with hockey and this hotel was the best price and best room. Certainly would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location. Breakfast, room location inside the hotel, old furniture, smell. We've been staying at that hotel, during the holidays, for the last 7 - 8 years. I don't know if we just got the worst room or if the hotel has gotten old all of a sudden but we're very disappointed. Our room was located in front of an exit and it was very noisy. The room, was on the first floor and smelled like humidity. The furniture needs to be updated. The chairs at the table were shaky. They also need to offer more choice for breakfast.

The room was more than we had expected. The only thing wrong was the fridge didn't work. We would stay there again and recommend it too anyone.

Staff was friendly and breakfast served very nice. Difficult to find first time - our fault. The room was one of the cleanest and nicest we have ever stayed in french doors from bedroom to living room.

The room and bathroom were very spacious for families. Breakfast room to small when lots of people come down to have breakfast. The hotel was very clean, tidy and spacious. We found it to be great for people with children. The complimentary breakfast was nice especially when you have children and they can be fussy eaters. It was also great that there was a laundry room which we ended up needing to use. We could only find one small fault which was the breakfast room wasn't big enough when there were lots of people coming in to get breakfast shopping centre was very close which was great.

Loved the suite layout. They really give you generous space, well-laid out, for the money. Something seemed funny with the HVAC in our room. Each of the two mornings we stayed, we woke up with too-dry throats and sneezing. Other hotel chains should learn from Quality Suites commitment to a suite layout for rooms. They're perfect for family travelers. The Quality Suites in Quebec City had unfailingly helpful and courteous staff, and comfortable and clean rooms. If they can figure out what causes the rooms to be too dry after a night's sleep, I'd shout their praises from rooftops.

Complementary breakfast, large room. Outside non-smoking room, hallway has cigarette smoke smell. The hotel is located right off highway and also next to a large shopping mall, so the location is quite convenient. Rooms are large. The main suite includes a dining table, sofa (with pull-out bed), TV, and a sink/fridge. Beds are in a separate room with a separate TV. Bathroom is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom. We stayed at a non-smoking room. However, the rooms across the hallway were smoking rooms hence the hallway is full of smoke smell. No fitness facility on site but the hotel does offer a free pass to a gym down the street.

Big room, lots of amenities for the price. Big room. In fact it' s a bedroom with a king size bed separated from a living and dining room by french doors. There is a pullout couch in the living room.

The suite. Cleanliness. This hotel needs renovation. In room 101, the sofa must be change and also the carpet. I've notice that the open room (Maid) next to mine was much more convenient.

Very clean, very pleasant staff, great free breakfast. Nothing. Very spacious, comfortable room with a king-sized bed, dining table, couch, large bathroom, and two televisions. It was extraordinarily clean and very comfortable. The complimentary continental was very nice and included coffee, juice, bagels, croissants, and cereal. It was just a 15 minute drive from Old Quebec.

Nothing. Rude staff, bad location. Expect the worst with that hotel. First, this hotel is located 6 miles from the city center. We got a very rude welcome and they gave us what they call a "standard room". This is supposed to be an all suites hotel. They have 2 rooms on each floor that they call standard rooms. The size is no more than a third of their suite. We even did not manage to put the luggage in the room and we were only. They also said that the hotel was full, with an empty parking lot. As breakfast, do not expect more than a small juice, a muffin and corn flakes, don't even think to ask a refill or second muffin. This is the place to avoid when going to Quebec.

Continental breakfast was included. Don't need to look for places to eat. Staff wasn't too friendly. No smiles at all. During my stay, they have construction going on. Can hear the noisiness early in the morning. Dusts was allover. The lobby is kind of cold feeling.

Rooms were great, staff extremely helpful.. free breakfast wonderful. Too far from city. Nobody speaks English and I thought difficult to take chance to drive into city. The suites were the greatest. People were so helpful and tours came and picked us up at hotel. Dinner was delivered if we wanted. Breakfast was free from hotel. Greatest shopping mall was within walking distance. Only thing was that, I was afraid to drive because nobody spoke English and I couldn't ask questions. Hotel spoke English. However if I got lost while driving, I was afraid there would be nobody to ask for help. Everyday we went to city and had to pay $20 for a taxi each way.

The quality suite equipment is nice and comfortable. Just the direction problem. I think those hotels are very friendly and the price meet my demand and the service. Environment impress me a lot.

Size of rooms, free parking. A bit 1hard to get to the first time. Quite good. It could be better if there are more choices for places to eat nearby.
