i have to say that i would come back again for the staff! the staff were very friendly and nice, especially the girl at the front desk in the mornings. they have a nice breakfast buffet provided at no charge. my room was very comfortable, although we only had two pillows between the two of us. but, all in all, a very nice place to stay. i didn't venture to the indoor pool because it is not heated and there is no hot tub.

I was asking for second blanket as we arrived,Promised ,never got it.Next day I left note on my bed with tip for second blanket .Never got it. The juicer was broke at first morning,but called the service and was repaired fast (it is a plus).The person at the breakfast was wery friendly,attentive and helpful.

Free breakfast was nice Internet did not work, non-smoking roomwas not available. Ok lodging for business or pleasure. Free breakfast isok quality and very convenient.

Therewas an overwhelming smell of tobacco in the elevator lobby on our floor. One wing was for smokers, the other side not. After telling the front desk about the smell and that my wife was getting ill from it, she had someone spray some awful stuff in the carpet that actually made it worse. The lady at the front desk suggested to my wife to smell around the doors to see who might be smoking in non-smoking rooms!

Convenient, good breakfast. Everything was great except a wake-up call by the smoke alarm at 6:45am due to someone burning toast at the continental breakfast.

Room was tired and in need of new furniture. Room had cigarette burns on every flat surface. Dimly lit hallways dimly lit make it look worse than it is. Some of the front desk staff didn't know to connect a call to a room.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Tissues and toilet paper were very rough. Excellent hotel for family visitors. Very convenient location (very close to I-485). Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Hotel staff was very attentive to our needs and very friendly.

The rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was nice and very accommodating with my needs. The entrance to the hotel parking lot was difficult to get into and out of with the busy traffic during the day. This Quality very nice and wonderful value. The breakfast was great. It's close to everything and easy to find.
